Consent is a way of life. It is not just a sexual situation. It's a way of life. And healthy consent in the workplace, in home, in intimacy is all about mutuality. And this is the part that a lot of people don't discuss. They say, no, consent means agreement. Agreement together, not being forced, not being pressured, not of unequal power dynamics. It's mutual. And so we, in the workplace, we want mutual relationships. Am I here for them? Are they here to support me? If we're both here to support each other, this project's going to be so much more productive, so much more fulfilling, because we're all on the same page.
