So what do you do instead of degrading? Here it is. You use exploration over degradation. So anytime you're thinking, well, that's stupid, that's ridiculous, I don't agree with what that person's saying, instead of saying those words, in your mind, explore how that could work. Exploration over degradation. And by the way, oh yeah, Kristen said, I'm a huge story-in-my-head creator. I am too, Kristen. I get that. I'm a huge story-in-my-head creator. Totally get that. So from now on, I want you to challenge your dancers, your teachers, hey, how can we explore that idea instead of degrading that idea? It's powerful language, really powerful language. All right.
