Parents don't want to have these conversations because they think if I have them, my kid's gonna think about it for the first time. Have you heard of the internet? Remember what the teens just brought up earlier? Pornography is going to teach them if you don't. So if I'm— if there's a chance a kid's going to be sexually active sooner or later, give them a skill set that they realize the standard is so high, this person ain't it. And if I realize this person ain't it, I'm saying no. How many times do you hear teenagers stand up when I didn't know what they were going to say and say the power of no, the power of no, the power of no tonight? We only asked 10 and like 3 said that phrase. The power of no because they, they realized tonight I deserve to be able to say no because they don't meet my standard. This situation doesn't meet my standard. You know how you got to that conversation? Because I walked into the room with a high standard for those teenagers that when they choose, it's going to be mutually amazing. I didn't need to say it to them. In my mind, that was the standard.
