Mike Domitrz argues that respecting everyone, including people you dislike, means 100% inclusion. He says it's everyone's business to help someone in a vulnerable situation, and frames doing the right thing not as a favor but as who he is.

If you agree that everybody deserves a basic level of dignity and respect, just yell every. Every. Because every means every. It doesn't mean some. It doesn't mean 99%. It means 100%. Every means the people I don't like. That's every. But some people say, but still, Mike, that's none of my business. Is it your business what happens to another human being right in front of you who's in a dangerous, vulnerable situation? Is this your business? Yes or no? Yes. All right. Why? How many agree the strongest answer you can give in this room today is, Mike, I do the right things in life because it's who I am. Agree that's powerful? Powerful. Somebody says, why are you intervening? You don't know something's going to go wrong. And you look them in the eyes and go, because who I am doesn't wait to find out. Notice what that is. That's pride in caring for others. Notice what I'm not doing. I'm not coming up with an excuse to make me feel good for doing the right thing. It's just who I am.
