Illegal

So we have to be careful of saying nudes are illegal. We have to say how they're illegal. The second somebody's under 18, we have distribution of child pornography. That's illegal. So even if they both say, I wanted to do this, it's going to be illegal. It's illegal if anybody underage is involved. It is illegal if in any way you're sending to or of a minor, right? So 2 18-year-olds could look at a picture of a 16-year-old in the same school. We just had distribution of child pornography, even though 2 adults, because the image is not an adult that they're looking at, right? So that is a big thing. If it's put up online against your will, so you both consented to the imagery, and now one of you has gone and put I'm not going to put that up online.
