Here's what you want to be able to do around this. You want to bring people in during the building of the vision. What dictators will often do is build a vision and come to everybody and go, here's my vision. What do you think of my vision? So now if you catch, hey, people don't like to say no to me, I want to pause and go, well, how did I build the vision for this group in the past? If I want to rebuild it, I want to rebuild it now that I know that they might be in unhealthy relationships out there. I wanna rebuild it. So now I wanna build it by bringing people in and asking what they see as the vision of the future and helping our vision get built by their visions. And I'm simply the facilitator, not the dictator. It's a massive difference. How do you solve being a dictator? You solve by building mutuality. You make this about 2 people, 3 people, 4 people all coming together.
