The key is being transparent in who you are, the same with each audience. So the one thing that never changes is my energy and the way I'm going to talk to you. And I'm not going to talk to that 12-year-old Evan any differently than you, any differently than a general in the U.S. military. I'm going to talk one-on-one like we have respect for each other and you are sharp and intelligent and can get what I'm saying. A lot of audiences, not just young people, but people who are 30s, 40s, and 50s, what they hate is speakers or influencers who talk down to them.
