The fixer is not someone who jumps into the situation and fixes it. That's actually not what the fixer is. The fixer is somebody who often likes to have a bit of control, sometimes likes to have influence. When you stop trying to fix situations, which makes people feel like you're fixing them, they realize how powerful they are, and that's beautiful to watch. The solution to being the fixer is to empower and trust, and you change lives when you do that.
