Can you imagine if I said to you, oh my gosh, where I work at is so amazing, they actually treat me with respect? Wow. But you're right. That's what most people do. They think, well, do we have a respectful culture? Then we've made it. No? Then you've started. It's the ground floor. And that's all it is. If we have respect, now we can work up from it. But if we don't have it, we're already in disaster zone. So we have to have those honest conversations.
