So let's talk about what we want consent to actually look like. We want it to be mutually wanted. That means I'm not talking you into this. You're not doing this out of pity. It's wanted. It is specific. If you say, can I kiss you? And they say yes, you don't get to roam into other things. It's in the moment, which means if I say yes now, that does not mean this will ever happen again. It also means at any moment I can change my mind, which means I can remove it. It's free to be removed. The second someone says stop, you must— Stop. You must stop. If somebody's like, but I can't control myself, you sound like a predator. Between partners of sound mind and legal age, and then enthusiastically, given. Put it all together, you've got a great situation.
