Most training programs fail because people know the right answer in theory but freeze when it actually matters. You need to internalize your values so deeply they become automatic, not something you have to think through under pressure.

So there's been a lot of research recently showing why programs aren't effective. And this just came out. Somebody just sent it to me. A podcast came out and it showed this. So I was like, oh, we're gonna discuss this tonight. 'Cause this was brilliant. They showed that people all knew the right answer in the room, like right now. But when they got in the real situation, if they didn't have like an internal training to themselves, they did the opposite usually of what they said they do in the room, even though they're all good people. How many agree that's possible? Yes or no? Yes. So we got to get deep today and get to our why so that when we're in these situations, we've trained ourselves to think, this is who I am, this is what I'm built to do, right? Because then I don't freeze and I don't pause because this is who I am. That's what's powerful about that.
