Our system operates inside carefully tested trading ranges, not arbitrary lines drawn after the fact. These ranges are what we call power laws, and they define how far we expect the market to move before our position needs to be adjusted. They also determine how much exposure we'll ever have at any point. This pre definition prevents emotional decision making. When price moves, we already know whether it's inside our survival zone or outside it. Most traders decide in real time, which is code for decide. Based on how I feel right now, we remove that completely. A predefined range acts like a safety net. If the market swings wildly, we know exactly how much damage is possible, and we're already planning for it. This certainty is what allows us to trade confidently in volatile environments without fear of ruining.
