Kosta Ouzas explains an execution algorithm that copies how institutions trade VWAP. It accumulates at the same prices institutions do, then distributes once it hits the average price as the market rises, mimicking their accumulation and distribution pattern instead of taking a single entry.
Our algorithm is doing the same thing. It's accumulating where they are accumulating. And then as the market moves back up, it'll start distributing, just like our algorithm will do. It doesn't wait on one particular fundamentally, what makes it good is it doesn't make one.
Entry. You know, like traditional manual training, you make an stop loss and a take profit. It averages into the position, it accumulates into positions just like the institutions are doing. And then once it's finished accumulating it, it reaches the average price, then it'll start distributing on the way up, just like the institutions do so.
