Short excerpt from a YouTube talk by Kosta Ouzas arguing for a slow, compounding approach to product development. The speaker emphasizes continuous improvement, long-term safety and profitability of an algorithmic product, and assures customers they will receive updates at no extra charge. The talk briefly names the "Institutional Power Law" algorithm as an in-development component.

We're giving you a finished product. We've been building, or I've been building for a long time, since I lived in my mum's basement and started coding and, you know, when I was a kid and understanding how to do this. But what's important to understand, if we develop this and make this better. Now, I'm not talking about the Institutional Power Law algorithm, because that's something we've just started developing, right? And it takes a lot of time, but the finished product, you know, we spend, we live and breathe this. You know, I spend all day. Because we've got customers here in the room. You guys can talk to them after. We've got an obligation to not just build a product that works now. We've got an obligation to build a product that can last forever and that requires constant development, making the algorithm better, attuning it, and looking for ways to actually make it more, not only profitable over the long term, but safer. Now, one thing I'll tell you and all of our customers to testify for this, if the algorithm gets better, you're getting the algorithm and we're not going to charge you every time we make an edit and say, hey, guys, no, doesn't work like that. You're getting the finished product. And if we develop it and build it over time, you're getting the best version, always. I can assure you guys that.
