Guys. Sebastian here from Minotaur Trading Systems. I'm with one of our clients, Dennis. Dennis, thanks so much for hopping on for the testimonial, man. We really appreciate it.
Absolutely, My pleasure.
Awesome, awesome. So, Dennis, I mean, before we get into your results with us, and you know, how your experience has been with us, I guess I just want to ask, and I'm curious, like, have you ever worked with other algorithmic companies? And if not, like, what's your overall experience been? I guess trying to trade the markets.
Yes. So I've worked with all the algorithm type of applications. I'm not as much as with you guys. Your guys's demonstration, the first. From the first call, it was more in depth than the one I was on previously. That's what got me to, of course, actually go, you know, you know, join with the, you know, purchase a license and. And stay with you guys. So, so far, so good.
Awesome, awesome. And obviously, you know, getting into this kind of space, it can be a little bit scary. So I think, you know, a lot of people making the dive on something like this. I mean, the cryptocurrency space has so many scams out there and so many companies, you know, delivering false promises. I mean, you know, when you did work with us after that call, like, do you feel like we delivered on kind of what was said in the call, and do you feel like, you know, that was all clear and kind of we stuck to what we said we were going to do for you?
Absolutely, absolutely. Actually made me more eager now to hurry up and grow and gain some capital so I can, you know, get on the next ladder of success. So, yeah, yeah, you know, so definitely those who are like, oh, I'm stick with here. I lost more money than so far than trying to do it myself. So this is a lifesaver. So. So definitely, yeah.
Awesome, man. And that's really. That's really good to hear. And had you. You've obviously tried to trade the markets manually before by yourself, like, trying to learn how to trade.
Exactly, absolutely.
Yeah. Did you find that difficult? Because I did, man. I found it almost impossible, actually.
Absolutely. And of course, you start to think, well, I'll just have to read some candlesticks and everything like that. It sounds easy, but it's not. And it's hard to not put your emotions into it. I. Like, how do you do? Like, I'm not a robot, so.
So, yeah, yeah, no, that's a really good point. And I think, you know, I really agree with that, you know, because, I mean, we built this company knowing how hard it was to manually trade. And I think it's one of those things that, you know, really, if you think about what trading gives you, it. It's a lure for every single person on planet Earth. I mean, a lot of us want the same things, right? We want to be able to provide for our family. We want financial freedoms. We want to be able to be our own boss, do our own thing. So I think that lures us in. But, you know, it's. It's like anything. When you really start to do it, Dennis, you realize, like, if you want to get good at this, actually, it's as hard as becoming a brain surgeon. I'd argue maybe even harder, you know, because I guess at the end of the day, like, you know, so that. That what you said about emotion is a really good point. One question I want to ask. I mean, have you found it easier to manage your emotions running an automated system versus the manual?
Absolutely. Absolutely. Because, again, it's not me trying to guess the market itself. The algorithm itself and the script does a great job of trying to figure that out for me. And because, you know, the. The human aspect of. Is trying to figure it out yourself, you're gonna miss something. I know they give you plenty of tools and everything like that, but you don't know how to utilize those tools in a manner to get a good, consistent way of connecting the dots. You're gonna be going with your emotions and just lose a lot of money.
Yeah, yeah. And that's a really good point, I think. You know, the funny thing about the market is it's not that you can't make money. It's that you can't hold on to the money. Right. Because you can have those days.
Yep.
You can have those days where you do really well. And sometimes that almost is a bad thing because it feeds you into this idea that you've got an edge, but. But really in a lot of ways. And, you know, I'm not saying, like, I'm exactly the same. I'm no different from anyone else. Right. So I think, you know, we kind of saw those flaws in the market, and we wanted to build something that could just be consistent. And I guess on that note, I mean, since you've worked with us, you told me it's been about two months now. Has things been consistent for you? Has there been any moments where you felt, I guess, worried, or has it been, you know, felt pretty safe overall for you?
Yeah, absolutely felt. It's been feeling very safe. Easy to, you know, read what's going on, you see it in real time, how many positions is taking place with the bots. I might even try to even navigate out of the lines just a little bit by using a different brokerage. But I was just waiting for an id and since I've been on the right broker, it's been on the right track and looking good. Just trying to, you know, gain more capital so I can be more aggressive actually at this point.
Yeah. Good, good man. And I mean that's a beautiful thing about what we do and we'll get into the support soon and kind of talk about that, but I mean, you would have experienced with our system, you know, it's not a one size fits all system. We don't put everyone in a box. We kind of figure out like what you're actually looking for and then we scale the algorithm's risk dep on a per client basis. I mean, did you feel like we were very much looking to work with you rather than just tell you what to do?
Absolutely. Even from the first call, you guys access what my goals were and really made me feel like you were listening because you guys let me know from jump if this was realistic. Of course, patience is a virtue, but of course it's hard to know that and do that when your previous experience wasn't, well, wasn't good. So scary. But now I feel better, more confident and definitely.
That's awesome.
Yeah. Ready to take on the world at this point.
Awesome, man. Also, that makes me so happy to hear because, you know, I think in a lot of ways people with these sort of systems, like, it's still, it takes out so much of the emotion, but you still need discipline to run them. Right. Because at the end of the day, once again, like, you know, it's a system that we give to you to control yourself. So we're not managing your funds, we're not a hedge fund, we're not an investment fund. So like the tools lie with you, so the recipe's there. But I think for a lot of people listening to this, they assume that, you know, in a lot of ways it is set and forget, but you still have to have the control to not touch it and let it do its thing.
Right, yes, that's, that is very important because I'm, I definitely know I am not one to think that I am smarter than the bot at this point. So I mean, you can definitely take a look and see, hey, I would have did this and this and that and compare your nose to it, but I would Suggest new one, touch those things, let it do its thing. You can just see the performance, and then you'll recognize the fact that, oh, yeah, this is why I shouldn't touch it. So, yeah, yeah.
And that's such a good point, man. And. And I think, you know, trust me, because I've been doing this for 10 years, and I still get that sometimes I'm watching it and go, wow, I want to do this. Like, it's still a battle for me. So I think, you know, we always have ideas of what we're going to want to do, but that's our human nature. Right. We're creative, you know, So I think with this, it's not like succumbing, but I think it's just realizing that, you know, we're built with too much emotion to trade, and that's okay. You know, that's okay. It's okay to accept that. So in regards to the support you received, you know, since you joined the program, obviously there's a setup involved with that. What can you say about my support team and I guess the overall experience you had there?
Absolutely. They've been great so far. Even when I've had little issues, when I first had issues. Because, of course, when you try to do it your own way from what you did previously, they were, oh, well, let's show you this way of doing it. Like, oh, okay. And they'll break it down.
A lot of. A lot of buttons and systems, isn't there?
Exactly. And then you ask questions, they'll answer them. And it's not like, oh, no, just. Just pay attention. Like, no, they'll ask. Ask a question. They'll go thoroughly through the answer and make you feel better and more confident to know what's going on.
Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. And when you go ahead and, like, book calls with our support, were they able to get on with you promptly and always kind of meet you on time and meet those expectations as well?
Absolutely. And if they need to reschedule because they ran over or going to run over anything like that, they've definitely still been a responsive and a timely fashion and let you know, like, hey, I'm relate and reschedule and such. So they've been great with that.
Awesome, man. Awesome. And look, I'll only ask you one more question, Dennis, but, you know, overall, what would you say about your experience overall? And, I mean, the gains you've had? Is this the kind of thing you would recommend to other people? And, you know, if you were to give it a rating out of 10, be honest. What. What would you give it?
Sure, Absolutely. I give it a. Definitely a 10 for those who, especially who want to dive into, Start getting into trading, but are nervous or intimidated to look and see all the YouTube videos and everything on the Internet and everything like that, because that can be very intimidating. So I would give it a 10 because here is where if you still want to learn how to do it, mainly yourself, you do it on your side, but at least the box will help you to figure out a strategy. And that's why I think that's such.
A good point, man. And I think, you know, that's another beautiful thing. Like, in a lot of ways, I'm not ever discouraging people from learning how to trade because I think, you know, you spend enough time at anything, you can definitely learn how to do it. There's definitely guys out there who can do it. But I think, I think, you know, being part of a community and seeing systems that kind of can make money all the time, you start to watch them and get a little bit of an idea of what they're doing as well, and you actually take a little bit of that and go, wow, like, I can actually apply this myself. So you made such a good point there, that it's not about stopping manually trading completely, but I think it's about opening up the door to these kind of ideas. But, you know, obviously it's a scary jump for a lot of people, but, Dennis, you took a risk, and it sounds like a paid off man.
Absolutely. And I thank you guys for just walking me through it, and it's going to be. I look forward to the future. I really do.
Yeah, me too, man. Me too. And I hope, you know, working with us, you know, we. We are growing rapidly, but we very much feel like a family. And, you know, we want to give that kind of vibe when people come in and work with us that they're not a number. Like, we will work with you one on one. And hopefully you feel like we've built those kind of relationships with you. And super excited for 2025, man. It looks like it's going to be an amazing year, huh?
I hope so. It's looking like it already, so I'm. I'm with it. And you guys definitely made me feel warm and comfortable, so I appreciate that.
Good man. Dennis, I really appreciate your time today, brother, and appreciate you coming on and speaking the honest truth. And let's have a big year, right? And to everyone listening, thanks for your time as well, and we'll see you next time. Dennis. Thanks for your time.
Thank you so much. Have a good one.
Hey, brother.
