And unfortunately, like most people, I had no example growing up of a woman that loved their body. Like, I didn't know what that looked like. Actually, I'd never seen it before. Everyone I knew, every woman I knew, was on a diet trying to lose weight. Anytime they would talk, they were always saying negative things about their body or, oh, my God, I gotta lose this extra weight, or I feel so fat in this. That was the conversations, that was what I heard. So as a young girl growing up, that was the example that I had. So if you might be struggling with the same thing, or if in any way, shape or form you struggle with your body and accepting who you are, this is where I'm going to invite you to join me. To join me in a beautiful program and on the journey to loving yourself and learning that it is possible. Because I know when I was on that side and I hated myself, I never thought that I would ever be on the other side and actually know how to love myself. So it is possible. And that's what I want for you, that's what I want for every woman on this planet, is to love themselves. And so join me. You're worth it. You deserve it. And there's no one more on this planet more worthy of your love than you.
