You know, a really interesting question people ask me all the time since I moved out to the jungle four years ago. Couple things. Number one, aren't you afraid to live by yourself out in the jungle? Like, isn't that scary? You know, I'm out in Mexico, in the middle of nowhere, 5 km from the nearest city, which isn't bad, but I'm kind of deep in the jungle. Second question I get all the time is, don't you get lonely? Like, hell? Fucking no. I have found that I don't even want to leave here. I used to have somewhat of a social life in Playa del Carmen, but now I'm like, it takes so much for me to leave my property. Yeah, it's heaven. And as I've gotten older, being alone is the best. Yeah, it's not lonely. I might be alone, but I'm never lonely. And it also doesn't hurt that I have, you know, a shitload of dogs that, you know, keep me company. But even still, living in the jungle is pure heaven. I feel totally safe. Like, more safe than I felt living in a city. It's freaking awesome. Highly recommend. Live alone in the jungle.
