The tour describes the approach (bedroom, pool, stairs), the cenote kitchen (water source), a temescal sweat lodge, an outdoor dance floor, a glass-front studio with large openable walls, outdoor bathrooms, a bodega for equipment, a large open patio with hammocks, decorative murals, and parking for events and weddings. Interior details include a 2,000-square-foot studio built with salam wood, a ceiling assembled from individual sticks, a massive chandelier made from a jungle root (installed by 20 people) with a dimmer, and murals and logos painted by an Argentinian artist.

So one of my favorite places on my land. It's one of the last things I built. And that was my recording slash dance studio. It's amazing. Let's go check it out. So let's start at the entrance. Bedroom to the right, Pool to the left. Down the stairs that go around the pool. And of course, wouldn't be right if all my puppies weren't following me everywhere I go, but I love it. And then as you come down the stairs, go to the left is the cenote kitchen and the crave. The cenote where my water comes from, the little fire pit for parties. Over here on the right is my temescal sweat lodge. And then across from there is my outdoor dance floor. And then the studio is glass on the front, three sides. And the glass you can fully open. And then over up here is my bathrooms, Beautiful outdoor bathrooms. And then back behind the studio, I have a little bodega where I can put all my equipment. And then the grand entrance into the studio. I have a big open patio, which is important for hanging out, chilling with lots of hammocks. Great place to. To chill for the parties. And then here we go. So it is 2,000 square feet. The wood is salam. I have three different sides. I can film on that. Have my logo, the groove. I had a woman from Argentina paint this and another groove logo. Over here's my little workstation. Everything's a total mess because I've been working. And then the ceiling is epic. It's just like my bedroom, just one stick at a time. But one of the coolest parts is here, the chandelier, which was a root that we found in the jungle. It's massive. It took 20 guys to lift it up there and install it. It's got four big, huge chains, and you can see it in different lighting. It's so beautiful. Yeah. And it's got a dimmer on it, of course, for the ambiance. And then here we go. As you come out here, there is another little walkway around the backside with another cute little stairway. I love these little cobblestone stairs. They're just. They make the property so mystical. And then on the outside, I had a mural. The same girl that did the inside painted this mural on the outside. And then if you just walk up this little road, it brings you up into the big parking area because, yes, I do hold lots of events here and weddings. And then back to the. The entrance. There you go. Thanks for watching.
