So this episode we're in continuation of the transition that I went from the first moment I smoked marijuana to my entire life completely changing. So now that's my day. My day is literally meditation, dancing. Now I'm studying yoga. I'm getting deep into spiritual practices and astrology, and I'm just like. I'm like a sponge absorbing information that I'd never heard before. And that was new to me. And yeah, I was like, I was interested in what energy was and how we exist. Like, I just was like, feed me. Feed this mind that has been so closed for so long. And yeah, my favorite book, the Science of Mind. Shakti Gawain, Living in the Light. Old book. And this was what was really cool about that book, is that I went to my first metaphysical bookstore and I was walking, you know, I was just like, let's see. I don't know what, but I know. Now I'm questioning. Now I'm so interested in spirit and what other information is out there. So I'm walking down the aisle of this bookstore and this book falls off the shelf right in front of me. And it was Shakti Gawain, Living in the Light. Look it up, boy. And the questions she asks in this. That was my first before Science of the Mind. This was Shakti Gawain's. Living in the Light was my first metaphysical book. My first book that got me to, like, really, like, people talk so much about healing trauma and that we need to heal all this trauma and we need to heal and we need to heal and all of this. And it was like everything for me for spirituality came through my intellect, which was really interesting because it needed to make sense. I was really turned off by airy fairy concepts that didn't relate to me or I just didn't relate. I needed things to make sense and be practical, like, because I had believed in a. Like, things that I Didn't choose to believe in that were concepts and weird. And I was like, no, everything needs to fucking make sense to me. And so a lot of stuff that was out there with this metaphysical stuff was quite airy fairy to me. And I was just like, I don't relate to that shit. Actually. It turns me off. What I have is when I sit in stillness and I go inside or I'm dancing and I'm in myself. There's none of that, what they're saying, none of that is even like, for me, it's just a pure connection to source. And all of this other stuff was just like, this is pretty logical. Like when you're creative and you're authentic and you're moving your body, your actual temple, of course you're going to plug in like a fucking light switch. Like you're turning that bulb in and on, and it's the key to ignite and open and enlighten you. When you're in your temple, this vehicle that whatever gave you, whatever created it, it allows you to be in. And you're moving it creatively and authentically. And like, the music. And music is, fuck, there's a God who's fucking music and a dj like that what music does to our bodies. And it just gets like, yeah, it made sense. It was like everything's frequency and vibration. Music is frequency. And it can all like. It all just logically made sense to me. It wasn't an airy fairy concept. So all this airy fairy stuff was turning me off. But what made sense to me was I was like, I don't like looking at myself like I'm broken or that there's something that needs to be fixed. That was the problem before is that I was like, my whole life needed to be fixed. But when I actually just when I awoken, when I awoke and I understood that the God is in me, is part of me, I am divine, I am amazing. And I was able to connect to that. For me, it was through marijuana and dance. It allowed me to make that connection, you know, for me, the airy fair stuff didn't really resonate. Like, it turned me off because I couldn't relate to it. I couldn't. It wasn't practical to me. I couldn't apply it to my daily life. And I needed something that was practical and things needed to make sense to me. I became really aware, like, this whole movement of people that are like, you know, you have to heal in healing the traumas. And, you know, we're also traumatized. Yeah, we are like, to varying degrees, we've all been traumatized in some form and we have to heal the wounds of our ancestors and all of this. And I just started to go, how the fuck do you do that? Like, I'm responsible for the wounds of what happened centuries ago. Like, I couldn't, I'm just, I was just like, I don't, I'm sorry, I don't get behind that because I believe that it's like whatever came before me was all perfect and all meant to be and all bringing us to this point. And I am here and I exist and, and I am loved and supported from realms I can't even fathom and that I am not broken and that the most powerful thing I can do is connect to the divine within myself and live my best life and be free and be authentic and enjoy my life and have my greatest fucking life. Like I've been traumatized. I was sexually molested as a child. And all of that sucks balls. But you know what? I'm not that person anymore. All of that brought me to this, where I'm at right now. And that's about realizing that whatever happened to you as a child was not your fault, but it is your responsibility at what you're gonna do about it. Like, are you gonna let it define you are gonna let it be who you are? Like you can rewire. Your brain is so malleable. Like you can like fucking remold that shit and create any kind of life you want for yourself. I even have a hard time like with the heal thing. I get it, we do have to heal. Yes. But me is like my logical brain is just like, it's not even bypassing, it's just going. I understand reality, like the third dimensional reality, what exists in this third dimension and what's possible and the shit that goes down and the wonderful things that happen and all of it, it's just like it's a fucking dimension. And that whatever energy is E equals MC squared, motherfuckers. Energy, mass. Are you fucking kidding me? Everything's energy. It cannot be destroyed, cannot be created, it can only transform. So when you realize that you are energy, you're a battery, electromagnetic battery. That when your physical body goes bye bye and the body starts to decay, it's because your energy has left the building. Bye bye. Energy's gone. Where did it go? It cannot be destroyed. It's just transformed into something else. And so when you start to understand that, you realize that you have the power in your mind to believe whatever the fuck you want, like, when people understand how powerful they are. And so, yeah, airy fairy stuff didn't make sense to me. Logic made sense to me. And that's how I was able to just pull myself and flip the script and do things completely different and be like, I'm the boss of me. I manage my mind. I rule this world. I am not going to let what the fuck's going on out there actually rule my life. The stories, the narratives, the people's drama, all of this shit. I just was like, no mas, no fucking moss. Like, I don't have to. I can do whatever the fuck I want to do. And so can you. So if you want to continue with this story, join me for the final. Maybe not the final. There might be another one after that. But join me for episode five, and we'll continue this little journey into fucking awakening. And hopefully it's kicking you in the motherfucking ass so that you get out of the whatever cycle, whatever it is that you're doing, whatever it is that you feel like you're in prison in, and you get the fuck out. Okay? And you want to know a really, like, fun express way to do that? Fucking get your groove on. Move. Get into your body. Get out of your mind. Get into the body and see what's there. All right, fierce ones, that's a wrap for today for keeping it real and grooving with me.
