And you need to do activities that stir it up, that connect you to it, that make you develop an intimate, loving, connected relationship with it. And I will tell you that will be your only salvation for this. And I'm a firm believer. Make up your own practice. But practice. Because after just a short period of time the world gets a hold of you and tells you you're not good enough and you don't have enough and you aren't enough. And I will tell you what, I'm a warrior. But it still gets me every day. I have to practice. Be a warrior for your own life. Be a warrior for your own spirituality. You are a spiritual being.
