Hi, I'm Molly Mueller, host of Watch Me AI where I share how I use AI tools to save time, earn more money and accelerate my career. I get asked all the time which tools I actually use to run my business. So today I'm sharing the full stack. First up, ChatGPT. My go to for almost everything. Questions, research, strategizing, writing, brainstorming. It knows me really well and I use it basically every hour. I use Claude by Anthropic when I want better writing or when ChatGPT just isn't cutting it. I start with ChatGPT and I supplement with Claude. Next up Granola. This is the number one tool that I recommend to all leaders and professionals. Granola is a meeting note taker and recorder and I use it to transcribe and take notes for all of my meetings so that I can stay present and so that I can then use those transcripts in automations to save myself hours of time every week week sending reply emails or tracking action items. I also turn these into my executive coach. More on that in a different session. Next up Lovable Lovable is my go to creative tool for something called Vibe Coding which is creating digital products using plain English prompts. I prototype everything here. I create new websites, I'll create strategy documents. I'll do roadmaps in Lovable because it really helps me to visualize my ideas very very quickly. My personal website was built with Lovable. Many of my AI career products were built with Lovable. It's the best. Next is Tela. Tela is a really simple video editing tool. It's what I'm using right now to record this video. There are a lot of video recording tools out there. I like the simplicity of Tela. Canva. Canva has been my go to image editor for a very long time and continues to deliver. It's simple. I use it to edit videos after Tela to add a few finishing touches. I create images in there. I create decks, I create PDFs. My guides are in Canva. It's a workhorse Relay app. Now Relay app should maybe have been the first one I mentioned because it is the most impactful tool that basically nobody knows about. I build all my agents in Relay app and I do it in plain English and I have a entire org chart of agents doing work for me that I have built in Relay. I have a lot of sessions about how I use Relay so if you're interested in Relay specifically, hit me up for more of that. Kit is my email newsletter tool kit houses all of my newsletter subscribers. It's where I write and hit send on my newsletter and also where I do email campaigns and actually where I now house some of my peed products. And finally, Luma is the tool I use for my webinars. It's a simple event tool. It's where I post my my events and it tracks signups and does emails for me. If this was helpful, I do one on one coaching sessions to help you get set up with the right AI tools for your goals. I also have a new course launching soon. It's called AI Tools for Small Business Owners and it is where I will do deep dives on all of these tools and way more to show you how I use AI to run my business. Save me time and make me more early bird pricing is now live on my website. Check it out and grab your slot.
