Morgan hesitates to pay for a program because he wants certainty it will work. The speaker points out that nothing in life is 100% certain, from asking someone out to driving a car. Staying the same guarantees mediocrity; the program is the only path to change.

Morgan, I want to join your program, but I'm not 100% sure that I would get the result. I think if I knew 100% that I was going to get it, then obviously it would be a no-brainer. But it's way more expensive than this other program. And this is my apprehension. When did anything in your life become 100% certain? When you asked out the girl, were you 100% certain that she was going to say yes? When you joined your last program, were you 100% certain that you were going to get the result? When you get into your car every day, are you 100% certain you're coming back? Nothing in this life exists on the 100% certainty scale. The only thing that I am 100% certain about is that if you keep doing what you're doing, you're going to keep getting what you are getting. You gotta change to change. I am 100% certain that if you keep operating your business without the information you need to get to the next level, it is going to take you longer to get to the next level, or maybe you won't get there.
