If you're booking sales calls for your coaching program and you're getting unqualified leads showing up on the calls, or the leads are cold and at the end of the call they are not closing and you are wasting your time on these sales calls, these are the 4 things you're going to want to look at. The first thing is your DM process. I would almost bet money that you guys are having calls not close for reasons and you don't even bother to fix those problems in your process. So for example, If you're getting on the phone with people and they're constantly not closing because they don't have the financial resources and they're not financially qualified, wouldn't it make sense to put a question in your DMs to make sure that people are financially qualified before you book them onto a call? Wouldn't that make sense? I think it would. So here's an example. Let's say you have a fitness offer and you're speaking with someone in the DMs and they're talking about how they want to lose fat. Okay, well, it's one of the reasons that people can't lose fat because they're stressed. And so you ask them, okay, by the way, just out of curiosity, like, You know, what do you do for work? And the reason I ask this is because one of the biggest reasons people can't lose weight is because they're like super stressed out, and a lot of times that comes from work. So what are you doing for work? You working a stressful job, or how's that look? Boom, financial qualifier. You're now asking about their job and what they're doing, and so you don't get people on the phone that are actually like, yeah, I haven't had a job for the last 17 months, and then you're like, skull emoji, fuck. So number 1 is fix your DM process. Hopefully that goes without saying. Number 2 is another place that you can qualify people so that you don't get people that make absolutely no sense on the phone with you is your Calendly qualification or whatever thing you're using, right? But do you have any questions on people's financial situation? Do you have any questions on the timing that they're looking to get started? Do you have any questions on whether or not they have someone else that makes some decisions? I don't know, but if you don't, you probably should. The third thing is, do you give them any sort of warm-up assets before they get to the phone with you? Do they watch a VSL, an ASL? We give them both, but some sort of warm-up assets or videos so that when they get to the phone with you, they actually know, like, and trust you. They've seen social proof, they've seen your process, they've seen that stuff. Do you have any of that in place? Because if you're getting ice-cold leads that found you from an ad yesterday, or that, God forbid, you cold reached to, I mean, yeah, it makes sense that they're not going to close on one call for your high-ticket coaching offer. And then the last thing, the number 4, is your emails. Are you just using basic bitch Calendly emails, or again, whatever thing that people use these days to book calls? You know, the ones are like, you're scheduled with this person at this date and this time. Yeah, you're wasting that space. Why don't you tell some stories, put some social proof, talk about your process, throw up your YouTube case studies, tell stories about clients, handle their limiting beliefs? And those are some of the reasons that you're booking calls with unqualified people and they ain't closing. And if you want help fixing some of this BS in your sales process, just DM us clients. Maybe we can help.
