Stop! Are you looking for more energy in the mornings? Today I'm gonna share with you my absolute favorite morning smoothie to maximize energy. Now they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I wholeheartedly believe that that's true, right? I think it's the most important meal of the day because it sets the tone for what is to come, right? Everything that you do in your morning sets the tone for everything else that is to follow during that day. So today I'm gonna teach you about this morning smoothie that is not only gonna set the tone in terms of you thinking about prioritizing your health and your wellness, but also something that is going to start your day with a ton of energy. Let's dive in.
So we have collagen powder for protein, frozen cauliflower florets, as well as frozen bananas for carbohydrates, some almond butter for fats, And then we have some maca powder as well as some cacao powder for energy, some acacia fiber to keep yourself feeling full and help with digestion. And we're gonna combine all of these into a Magic Bullet blender. So we're gonna do 2 teaspoons of cacao powder, 2 scoops of grass-fed collagen protein powder. Make sure you get about 20 grams of protein. 1 teaspoon of Heather's acacia fiber. If you don't have this, it's not the end of the world, but it will help your digestion and it will keep you full longer. 2 teaspoons of maca powder. Again, this is something that's gonna boost your energy. At this point, I like to shake everything all up and mix the dry ingredients first, and then I add the last ingredients. So we're gonna do 1 tablespoon of almond butter, half of a banana which I've frozen, and finally we're gonna add frozen cauliflower florets. I would say about half a cup to a cup. And that's it!
Alright, so that's it. That's the smoothie. Not only is it delicious, I mean, I love this thing. It literally tastes like a chocolate banana milkshake, but it's also fantastic for your health, right? Fiber in there to keep you feeling full, to help your digestive system, protein in there, not too many carbohydrates. It's gonna keep your blood sugar— it's actually designed to keep your blood sugar super, super stable. Maca powder in there, cacao powder in there for extra energy. Honestly, this is so delicious and it's probably the best thing you could consume in the morning for your health. If you like this video, smash the like button or leave me a comment below.
