What's up guys, welcome back to my YouTube channel dedicated to helping you become what you could be. Today I want to share with you one simple technique that you can use on a daily basis to hack your brain's neurochemistry so you can feel more productive. This is something I got from Simon Sinek. He's the author of Start with Why, and it's crazy simple. It's simple. All you need to do is make a to-do list and check things off. That's it. But here's why. It releases dopamine, and you get dopamine when you actually have found something that you're looking for, you've accomplished something that you're looking to accomplish, right? It's that neurotransmitter that's responsible for feelings of euphoria, bliss, and motivation. And who doesn't want more of that, right? It's the same feeling you get when you're eating, right? It feels good. So next time you're out running errands or you're making progress on tasks at work, make sure that you are capitalizing on this. Take advantage of it, right? Make that list and check things off because it's going to give you that hit of dopamine. So there it is. That's my one trick that you can use to feel more productive even if you don't actually get any more done. So if you like this video, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my YouTube channel for new videos every single week. Single Wednesday.
