you take all your clients, right? The top— all your clients you ever had, you take the top 20%, stay the longest, paid the most, sent most referrals, best case studies, whatever. And then you only look for patterns between those people, right? So we did this, and then you, you just stop marketing to the other 80%. You only marketed that 20%, like you only let those people in. Like, you know how you said you turn people down? You're like, nope, you only take those people in. So like, we did this at one point. This was a long time ago, it's like 2022. What is that? Um, we did this like 2022 and we found like, oh, our best clients like have at least 1,500 followers. They're in like the health and fitness type niche, maybe because that's my background, right? What else was it? They were posting content and showing up and they had like good client results and case studies, right? Why? Because they had proof of concept. They could sell. They didn't have imposter syndrome. And you know why the 1,500 followers? Because back then I didn't know how to run ads, so we didn't know how to crack leads for people. So if they didn't have leads, we were good at helping work the leads they had, but they didn't have other fucking leads. So like we were stuck. Now we don't have that filter. Or because we can just run ads for them and they get it. But my point with this is we do— that's how we niche people down. There's only real two things we look at. We look at their past clients and we're looking for patterns of like what they said that they wanted, who they— like their age, their job, like all that stuff. And/or if we can't do that and someone's never had a client, we go to like, what's your story? What's your background? Like there's got to be something we can pull from. You know, you were in tech or you were in real estate or something like that. If you have like, if you can get all of it to where it's like your story, but all your, like, your clients are that too, and you have results— fucking domination marketing, you know? So good.
