To scale a coaching business past $20K monthly, track every metric in your sales funnel: ad spend, content performance, appointment rates, close rates. Find your biggest bottleneck by comparing against benchmarks, then fix only that. Data decides what to improve, not intuition.

The system behind my clients hitting $50,000, $60,000, $70,000, $80,000 a month probably isn't what you think it is. You probably think it's this, and to a degree it is, but also to a degree it's not. Like, do we help people with the foundational stuff? Yes. Running ads, creating content to warm people up, you know, booking calls through their DMs and closing. We sure fucking do. But that's the thing that gets you to $20,000 a month, not the thing that gets you to $50,000 plus. Once you have the system and it's working, then it becomes about scaling it up And scaling it up is about the freaking numbers. And that's where stuff like this comes in, right? We have clients track the data for their ads and their spend, for their content, for the setting department and their team there, for sales and closing, as well as for the full funnel. Like, how well is all of this stuff playing together? And then what we do is we look at that data, and because we know the numbers we're looking for and we know how these things should be playing together, we can help them make decisions on what the number one constraint of the business is, and then we go fix that. So for example, if the numbers are telling you that your sales call close rate is trash, right, you need to fix this, you're closing at 20%, and yet you think ads are the problem and you spend all your time trying to scale ads and run more ads, that's not the constraint of the business. Vice versa, right, if you're spending all your time getting better at closing sales calls but your close rate's already 50% and yet you just don't have the lead volume that you should have, you should have been spending your time up here on the ads. And this is what it takes to scale. It's knowing, using the data, not your emotions, using the data to tell you what move to make next.
