In this 90‑second monologue the speaker explains how his coaching business grew from inconsistent revenue to consistent $100K+ months and a peak of $145K in a single month. The breakthrough began with a thorough review of 2025 data, which revealed the primary constraint was booking enough discovery calls, not client‑success capacity or lead generation. He defines a "call booking triangle" of three inputs—ads, content, and direct‑message (DM) outreach. After fixing DM setter churn, he quadrupled daily Meta ad spend from $100 to $400 and increased content output from three posts per week to daily posts, effectively doubling the inputs that feed the triangle. These changes directly lifted call volume and revenue. The new limiting factor is now client‑success capacity, prompting a waitlist, price hikes, hiring a second client‑success manager, and exploring AI tools to streamline service. He concludes with a mindset lesson: rather than chasing new strategies or shiny objects, focus on identifying and fixing the current bottleneck and execute the existing plan at higher scale.

In the last 3 months, we've just about doubled our revenue in our coaching business, and I'd like to candidly share with you exactly how we did that so that you can learn some lessons vicariously through me. So in the last 3 months, we finally made $100,000 months consistent, and we're scaling up. Last month we did about $145,000 in revenue, and I want to explain to you exactly what we did to lead to those results. Number 1, and I preach about this a lot, and God, I hope you guys take this from me, for the love of God, please track your data. Because what I did first was I went back and I looked at our data for all of 2025. And I said, you know what, what's the constraint here? And the constraint was not client success capacity. It was not our ability to take calls. It was, it was actually booking the calls. The biggest limiting factor was he just wanted to book more calls. Now what goes into booking calls is this, I call this the call booking triangle. There's 3 parts, 1, 2, 3. Number 1, you have ads. Number 2, you have content. And number 3, you have DMs. Now, for a while last year, we had a problem with DMs. We had a couple setters churn, and that was kind of keeping us in a setting washing machine. We finally solved that problem, so we can put a little check mark here. That leaves 2 things: ads and content. Sorry for my very dirty apartment windows, by the way. I'm not the one who cleans these things outside. I looked at all of our data for 2025 on ads, and we were spending about $100 a day. So you know what we did? We 4x the fucking ad spend. We started spending $400 a day. Very simple. We just clicked a button on Meta. And then for content, we looked at the data, and on average last year I posted about 3 times a week. And so we just doubled the inputs. I just started posting once a day, 7 times a week. So if you're following me to this point, number 1, we tracked the data. Number 2, we looked at what was the constraint. It was booking calls. Number 3, we looked at what are the inputs that go into booking calls— ads, content, DMs— and we fucking doubled them or 4x them. And that's how we doubled the business. It's just a math equation. Anyways, I will just say this. Some of you think that you need like a new strategy and you're tempted to be all like shiny object, you know, squirrel, you know, syndrome. And you probably don't. You probably just need to look at what you're doing and find out what's the bottleneck, what's the constraint, and then just solve that problem and do more. So for example, now our new problem is we got capped for client success, which is why we started a waitlist and we started raising prices. And we're also looking into some other stuff for that. So I've started, uh, hiring a second, um, CSM. So we're bringing on team. We're also looking into some AI solutions to, uh, take off some stress from client success and serve our clients even better. But anyways, TL;DR, um, a lot of times you don't need a new strategy, uh, you just need to execute the one that you have even better at an even higher level. So hope that's helpful. Like and follow for more if it was.
