If I had to go from $0 to $100K a month in my coaching business again, but I had to do it in 6 months, here's exactly what I would do. Step number 1, I'd optimize the heck out of my Instagram profile and treat it like a landing page. I'd have a very clear title, a really specific bio that calls out who I help and what the heck I help them do, and I would slam a bunch of results highlights up here. To top it off, I'd have 3 pinned posts that talk about my story as well as client results so I get positioned with maximum credibility and authority. Step 2, below those pinned posts, I would make sure I have at least 6 pieces of content that have proven hooks and formats so that my account looks like someone who's worth following. Then I would put some of my best content on steroids by running follower ads to my profile. The CTA should be a follow, and because your profile is dialed, they will, and now they're in your ecosystem. Step 4, I'd let my content flywheel do the nurturing for me. They're gonna see value in my feed posts. They're gonna see proof and connection on my stories. They're gonna get to know, like, and trust me even more when they watch my YouTube content, and they're gonna get hit with retargeting ads that keep me top of mind. This warms people up, which leads us to step 5. I book calls from the warm DMs. No cold outreach, no complicated funnels, just conversations that have been seeing my content, seeing my results, and are ready to freaking work with me. This system is how we spent $3K on ads and made back $100K. That is a 30:1 return. I have never seen a funnel that is this profitable. And if you want a full breakdown on exactly how to run this, just comment funnel and I'll send it over.
