In this informal, profanity‑laden monologue, the speaker argues that online coaches should begin running paid ads as soon as possible, regardless of their current business stage. He shares a concrete client success story: a coach who, after spending under $300 on ads, generated a $3,500 paid‑in‑full (PIF) sale, achieving a 10:1 return on ad spend and nearly doubling his following within a month. The speaker criticizes other business coaches who advise waiting for a certain level of organic growth before advertising, labeling that advice as "BS" and emphasizing that leads are the "oxygen" of any business. He frames ads as essential from day zero, contrasting it with the futility of posting content to an audience that isn’t ready to buy. The overall tone is candid, persuasive, and confrontational, using profanity to underscore his frustration with outdated coaching advice.

I don't know what online coach needs to hear this, but you are never too early to run ads. I don't give a flying fuck what your business coach said. Look at this, $3,500 PIF after finding an ICA with less than $300 of ad spend. This guy joined the program, what, a month ago, and he's already almost doubled his following. He's already got a 10-to-1 return on his ad spend. Like he's already getting paid to grow his audience. And before we started working together, he was in a place where, you know, he kind of had some information on how to do ads, but he wasn't actioning it because it was like a DIY course or something. And I was like, dude, just come into the program because like we will have your ads launched and live. Like, we'll help you get this done in the first 7 days. And here we are, right? Here we are. He's doubled his following, he's got a 10:1 return on his ad spend, and, uh, he's apparently convincing his wife to leave her job. So I don't know who's got you convinced that like you need to be at a certain place in your business to run ads. It's BS. Your business needs leads just as much on day zero as it does on day 700. Like, leads are oxygen for your business, and this poor guy was posting like so much— well, I wouldn't say so much content, but he was posting a bunch of good content. And I'm like, dude, that's fine, but like, if there's nobody in your audience who's gonna buy from you and you just keep posting into a void of like people who don't want to buy from you, like, it doesn't matter how good your content is. Like, you need leads. So anyways, that's my rant. But I will say this, it's been funny for me to watch some of these business coaches who previously were like, you know, all organic and like, uh, you know, you, uh you know, you shouldn't run ads till a certain point, and they were just all organic till like— it's been funny for me to watch them, uh, you know, slowly be like, oh yeah, you actually do need ads. Like, I see you.
