Cody Sanchez posted this the other day and I could not agree more. And if you're a coach trying to scale your coaching business, this is going to help you a ton because I promise, promise, promise you, it's not just about the strategy. Remember, the single key to winning is moving faster. The faster you move, the more money you make. Do not wait. Waiting is a disease. And this, by the way, is not a post to try to sell you my program and say like, oh, if you're on the fence, you should not wait. You should move faster, blah, blah. No, that's not what this is. I mean this in every sense of the meaning. It could be maybe you're thinking about hiring a mentor. Cool. Just make the decision. Call it no or call it yes and move on. And if it's a yes, send it fast, right? Um, if it's, you know, testing that ad, do it quickly. If it's hiring that team member, do it quickly. Heck, if it's firing that team member that you know you need to fire, do it quickly. The best clients we have, the clients who end up on our YouTube channel as a case study, guess what character trait they have in common? Speed. They move quickly.
