Shiran Srivasa posted this the other day, and if you're an online coach who wants to grow your business, I could not agree more with this post. The biggest separator I see between high performers and everyone else is speed of execution. They decide faster, they act faster, they adjust faster. Perfection slows people down. Progress rewards movement. A lot of times it's not even the strategy that you have that's the biggest determining factor in your success. It's how well you execute that strategy.
