You want to know the real fucking reason that your coaching business isn't growing at the speed you'd like it to? You're stuck at $10K, you know, $20K, $30K, $40K, maybe even $50K a month. You're missing two fucking skills. Skill number one is being able to accurately assess what the problem is in your business. I want you to think about your business like it's a pipe, right? And water would flow through this. Okay, great. Where is the blockage in the pipe? You have to be able to identify what that is. Let's say your ads are doing amazing, but you can't spend more money on ads because your time in the DMs booking calls is a constraint. Great. That's the fucking problem. And that leads me to problem number 2, is that you are not taking aggressive, urgent amounts of action with speed towards solving that problem. You're just letting it fucking sit there. Like I was on the phone with a client, uh, the other day and we had identified that number one, the constraint for her was her DMs. And so then we started, you know, solving that problem and we looked at like specifically zooming into the DMs. Number one, the openers that she was sending like could have been better, right? And so we wanted to test some of those. And then the other thing that we looked at is like, okay, well her time is the constraint in the DMs. I was like, okay, well why don't you hire a VA to test these openers for you? And take these off your friggin plate so that you can just spend your time in the inbox. And then at the end of the call, she was like, well, you know, like, what do I focus on? I was like, we just fucking talked about it. Like, this is it. Like, just go do that. Like, don't do anything else other than that. Like, this is the problem. This is the solution. Execute the solution until you don't have this problem anymore. Like, don't watch any other fucking material. Don't ask us any other questions. Just go do that thing and aggressively solve that problem. And if you just did that over and over and over again, you just repeated steps 1 and step 2 over and over and over and over again, you'd grow.
