Online coaches lose sales calls because they pitch instead of ask. Replace statements with diagnostic questions in DMs: instead of telling prospects what they need, ask them about their habits. People book calls when they discover their own gaps, not when you point them out.

This one thing will help you book way more sales calls using your DMs. If you're an online coach, you have to understand that your DMs are the second biggest lever that you can pull to sign more clients and make more money, next to running ads. Most of you don't have a closing problem, you have a call volume problem. The mistake is making statements. You should be asking questions. For example, if somebody comes into your DMs and tells you that they're having trouble losing the last 20 pounds, you don't want to start making statements about what that person needs. Well, you're probably not having enough protein, you probably need a better deficit, you probably need a better training plan, you probably need more discipline, et cetera. What would be better is if you started asking questions. So for example, you could say, okay, well right now, are you tracking anything you eat even roughly? Or are you just more kind of going by feel? And they might say, yeah, I'm just kind of going by feel. They just completely admitted that they're guessing. For another example, you could say, okay, well on average, how many meals are planned versus how many are just grab and go? They might say, well, they're all grab and go. Cool. They just admitted that they have no structure. What happens when you ask questions is that they self-admit the problems, they self-admit the gap. And the thing is, people believe what they say more than they believe what you say. If you want to book more sales calls for your coaching program using the DMs, remember that questions are greater than statements. If this advice was helpful, follow me for more value.
