Most coaching businesses stuck under $20k monthly are missing one of three things: running ads for leads, building trust through content, or following up on DMs. Skip any one and your sales calls stay empty.

This triangle is the reason that your coaching business is stuck between $5,000 and $20,000 a month. I call it the call booking triangle. So let's break this down. Number 1, if you're not booking calls, it's probably because you're not running these. Now, why would you run ads? Because you need freaking leads. Ain't no one want to send cold DMs these days. And you and I both know that content organic is slow, it's unpredictable, it's up and down, the lead quality is sketchy at best. There's a lot of problems with that. So if you're not booking calls, this is the first place I would look. The second piece of the triangle, number 2, is this. It's content. Look, people need to know, like, and trust you, okay? No one's— whether you're doing organic or paid, nobody is going to get on the phone with you if they don't know, like, and trust you, right? You have to warm people up. And especially if you're running ads, which I 10 out of 10, 11 out of 10 recommend that you do, these people come in ice cold. They met you yesterday. They have no idea who you are. You got to post some content to warm people up. Number 3, yeah, you guessed it, the DMs. Look, if you can run the ads and you can, you can get the leads, right? You can post the content, you can warm people up, but you don't work the leads that you have, then yeah, your sales calendar is not going to be as full as you want it to be. Yeah, your coaching business is going to stay stuck between $5,000 and $20,000 a month. Now obviously this is a high-level explanation. There's only so much I can put in a 90-second video. So if you want more in-depth strategies, drop me a follow. Cuz I post them every single day.
