Want to 5x your coaching income? DO THIS.

In this 30‑minute YouTube video, Morgan (the host) explains the single most powerful lever for scaling a coaching business: mastering direct‑message (DM) conversations. He frames the "automatic growth funnel" as a three‑stage system – (1) lead capture via paid ads or viral content, (2) nurturing through YouTube, Instagram, stories and retargeting ads, and (3) converting leads by systematically booking calls through DM appointment‑setting. Morgan claims 80‑90% of his sales now come from chats, delivering 10‑30:1 ROAS on ads. He walks through real‑time examples from his group program, showing a client’s poor opener, the team’s critique (Mika), and iterative script refinements. Key tactics include crafting short, question‑driven openers, using yes/no or curiosity questions, avoiding interrogative overload, and timing the sales pitch after gathering enough leverage. He also highlights the impact of improving close rates (from 10% to 60% can 6‑x revenue) and stresses that DM mastery is as critical as ad spend or content creation. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to book a strategy call for help with any funnel component.

All right, guys, what the heck is up? In this video, I am going to explain what you can do if you want to 5x your coaching business. Okay? This is one piece of the puzzle that I see online coaches miss like a lot, like a lot, a lot, a lot. Almost, almost nobody is doing this right. I know because I've seen it, right? I've seen what people are doing because they're inside my coaching programs and almost no one is prioritizing this. If they are, they're not doing it right. And it is probably the number one lever that you have on your business. This is responsible for, I would say, 80 or 90% of my sales these days. This is where it comes from. And so in this video, we're gonna dive in. I'm gonna start screen sharing for a second just so I can zoom out. I like to zoom out all the time and show you the bigger picture so you know what we've zoomed into and why it matters. So let me pause this video, start this up again, and let's rock and roll. All right, now before we dive into this, I think one thing that you need to know is why the heck should you trust me? Okay? Why should you even listen to this video? So I don't know about you, but I don't really want to take advice from people that haven't been where I want to be or haven't helped people get or go where I want to go. And so let's just talk about this first and we can get this out of the way and we can move on with the video. So I have been helping people grow their coaching business for a very long time. Okay. I've been in coaching since 2014. I've been in the business side of coaching since 2020. I've probably helped about 200 clients. My business does about $35K per month. I've, I'm getting damn close to doing total like a million in sales so far. Um, and I've helped my clients do some crazy things, okay? Hit like, God, $5K months, $10K months, $20K months. Some of them are hitting $30K and $50K months. I just had a guy in my program a couple of weeks ago say that he did $90K in sales in 3 weeks after being in the program for a month, which is crazy. He started at $12.5K. So just know he didn't start from zero. But my point is I've helped a lot of people with this stuff and that's why I think you should trust me. So let's rock and roll into the rest of this video. And also, actually, before we start, I want to say that if you know you want some help with this stuff, like if you want help with anything, like anything you see in this channel, anything that's going to be on this diagram, I'm going to show you, you know, growing your audience, getting followers, you know, running paid ads, creating better content, you know, growing your email list, booking more calls, closing more sales, whatever you need to do so you can sign more clients. Those are the levers. Then just click the link below this video and book in a call with me. And if you really want to see a big full picture overview of how I help people, what I help them do, go to the video that is pinned in my YouTube profile. It's like my channel trailer or whatever you call it. I'm kind of new to YouTube-ish. Anyways, go to that and watch that video. It will break this entire thing down. So it will break down this entire automatic growth funnel. Okay. So yeah, if you want to see what I do, watch that video. But now let's get into this. So this whole video is about what to do if you want to 5x your coaching business. Okay. So let me just draw this out. And hopefully that me touching this little friggin wire doesn't mess with my audio. But let me just draw this out for you and show you how this works. So I'm going to move my face out of the way so that I can get my favorite frickin color, which is purple, to actually map this out for you. Okay. So the first thing that you need in a coaching business and I almost— can I zoom this in? Like, I don't want to zoom it all the way in. Whatever. I'll just zoom it all the way in. And let me move this little thing out of my way to I swear to God, sometimes I spend the most time in these videos, like, moving my face out of the way. Okay, so, yeah, long story short, this is what I call— you know what, fuck, I'm going to zoom out. So this is what I call the automatic growth funnel. Okay, so this is how I've been getting anywhere from a 10 to 1 to a 31 to 1 return on my ad spend. Most months, my entire funnel, if you want to call it that, is somewhere between a 10 to 1 return on spend and a 30 to 1, which is fucking insane. Like most people are aiming for a 2 to 1 or a 3 to 1. That is gold standard. This thing is getting like 5 to 10 times, 15 times better return than what most people are aiming for to begin with. Right. So anyways, but let me break this down and I really want to explain what we're going to talk about in here. In terms of growing your coaching business. If you want to 5X, this is probably one of the biggest levers that you can pull. So first things first, you need a way to get people into your world. Imagine if you had zero followers and your content was incredible and you posted a gazillion stories, uh, like client results, testimonies, et cetera, but you had zero followers. Would that make sense? Fucking no, because there's no one in your audience to buy from you. And so the first thing that every coaching business needs is lead capture. Okay, we're not talking about that in this video, but it is really important.
Okay.
And there's a couple main ways I help my clients do this. I mean, I teach all the ways. I've had clients get very successful with reachouts, right? Hit $10K+ months with reachouts or $7K+ months with reachouts or whatever. Right. Actually, no, I've had people hit $20K+. So anyways, I've had people very successful with that. I've also had some people, some unicorns successful with viral content. And I have— I do teach that. I do teach content. But by far the way that is the most sustainable and predictable is ads, right? And so I help my clients run some ads to help them grow their following, to help them capture leads, right? To find cold strangers on the internet who don't know them, who can come into their world and hopefully later want to make a buying decision with them. Right? So that's step one. You have to have a way to get people into your world. Once they're into your world, guess what has to happen? You have to take them from a cold to a warm lead, which means you have to nurture them, right? So you've already captured the lead, right? Now you need to nurture the lead. You need to show them why you're the one. What am I doing in this video? I'm providing you value. I'm nurturing you. Right. And maybe through this, you might decide, you know what, I do think Morgan's the one, right? And maybe we get to work together and grow your business. That would be awesome. But like, like, what is this piece? This YouTube is a long-form way to nurture people. That's what this is. Okay. And the same with my Instagram feed content and my story content. And I don't know if you've gotten hit with these. You may have, you may not have, but sometimes I run retargeting ads. Right. So basically, you, you might come into my world through content or through ads, right? I'm not doing reachouts right now. So you come in here and then you see my feed content, right? You see my story content. I got to finish this check. That's a terrible fucking checkmark. But anyways, see my story content. You watch a YouTube video like this, right? Then you get hit with one of my retargeting ads and maybe you decide to have a conversation and we book a call and you become a client and we scale your coaching business. Right. But let me just back up for a second here. Yeah. All this stuff is about nurturing. Okay? This is all like content. All this stuff in here, it's all content. This is content. This is content. And a lot of coaches are posting content. Now, don't get me wrong, they're missing a whole pile of stuff. There's a ton of mistakes. They're missing a lot of things. We don't need to dive into that. We're not diving into that in this video. But what I want you to know is that content Meaning everything in this fricking, all these yellow circles, right? And by the way, like even, even ads, that's content, right? And even like it's just content with spend, you know, organic, like all this stuff appears content. But the thing that almost every coach is missing is this fricking block, is chats, is the DMs or what they would call it as like DM setting, right? Like appointment setting.. It is the conversations that you have with people that come into your world, right? That follow you from ads, that see your content, that vote on your stories, that watch these YouTube videos, that DM you from a retargeting ad. It's how you take tho— that those people and, and how like you have a conversation with them and you, and you get them to book a call. And there is a fricking strategy behind this, right? And almost no one's doing it. And I 100% with certainty will tell you that I would say 80%, maybe more is why I say like, like, you know, like this is probably a more conservative estimate, but probably 80% of my sales come from this, right? Come from chats. Okay. And that's what we're going to talk about in this video. I'm going to give you some examples. Okay. So let me actually just pause this video. I'm going to pull up a piece of a recording from, uh, a setting call, right? A DM call that I did inside my group program the other day. And I just want to show you like some of the things we're talking about and why this matters. Like, here's what's— here's what's crazy. I just want to say this one thing. Like, if you go— everyone knows that sales calls is a skill, right? Like if you have a 10% close rate on your sales calls, which if you're not tracking that, you should be. But if you have a 10% close rate on your sales calls, That's trash. Like, do you know how expensive that's making your ads because you can't close sales? Like, real fucking expensive right now. Imagine if you didn't have a 10% and you had closer to what I have, which is 60%. Well, guess what? You just 6x'd your business from getting better at closing, you know, doing calls. Right. And obviously I help my clients with that, but Here's what people don't realize. You got to book the calls. And you know what the main lever is to booking the calls? It's fucking chats. It's not even this. Like, I swear to God, if you had nothing in here, nothing, and all you had was this and this and this, you'd make more sales. You need a way to get people into your world. You need a way to get them to a call, and then you need to close the call. And then you have clients and everyone is so over-indexed on this. It drives me crazy. So let me just show you, let me show you the importance of this. Okay. I'll, I just keep making little snippets of my Loom videos so I can just keep easily going from thing to thing. Or maybe I'll pause this. That might be a better idea. All right, there we go. I just paused it. That was way better. The other time I actually did have to switch it because I had to go from it just being like camera only to like screen share, like, you know what I'm saying? But now I can just pause it. So I wanted to dig this up. This is just a little bit of like behind the scenes of looking at my, my course, right? So this is like the training program that I have for clients. So this is like the front-facing part, excluding all the bonus stuff on, you know, DM or like, you know, masterclasses and selling the DMs and all that stuff. This is like the main part of the course, which is like the lead gen piece. But module number 4, right? If you click into this, this is all about DMs. Right? And there's like, you know, everything in here, big picture flow. Here's my flow, you know, additional chat flows from, you know, different places, turning inquiries into leads, story poll engagements, you know, into clients, likes and comments into clients, tracking your conversations, like all of this stuff, right? What to do when someone asks for the price, like all this stuff is in there. And like, it's pretty, it's pretty in-depth. So like, if you click into this, right? Like it, like tells people how to, you know, properly outline like their entire, you know, chat flow and whatever. But here's the point that I wanna make about this. Here's the point that I wanna make about this. The point that I wanna make is even with that, like you, you need to get good at that. It's crazy, but I give people all the training, like videos and scripts and checklists and all this stuff and still It is a skill and you need to work on that skill. And I'm just going to show you what some of this looks like. Like, this is the boring work, as Alex Hormozi would call it, that gets people results. And this is why I run these calls for my group program members, because this stuff matters. It's one thing to just get the information, but it's a completely other thing to execute on it. So let me show you what tweaking this and coaching on this looks like. And it's not going to be crazy sexy, like it's not going to be some absolute revelation, but I will tell you right now, like even just dialing in your opener for you and your business and your niche, like that could double your sales. It's, it's literally wild. So let me go dig up this call. I'll pause this again. I'll dig up this call and we can walk through like a couple snippets. I can't go— I don't want to go the whole way because it was an hour-long call. It was actually 90-minute-long call. So we're not going to do the whole thing. Just going to pull out a couple snippets and show you what it looks like to do this. Like, it's number one, you got to script your chat flow. And number two, you have to refine it, right? And so for me, I give people the trainings, I give people like everything they need and they can go script their own. They can send it to me for feedback if they want. I'll review it, but then they have to refine it. And that's where these calls come in. So let me go pull this. Let me go pull this up. All right. So this is a recording that I pulled up from the DM setting call that we had 2 days ago. And I'm just going to show you a little bit about what this looks like to refine it. It's one thing to have a script or have a plan or whatever, but it's like, you know, it's like the best analogy I can give you. If you've ever gone to yoga class, you're in yoga class and sometimes you're like, man, I'm nailing this pose. I look so amazing. And then like the instructor comes around and they adjust you and you're like, fuck, like I wasn't doing that even remotely correct. And it matters. Okay, so again, this is not going to be rocket, you know, surgery or, you know, rocket science, rocket surgery or crazy you know, exciting. But again, as Alex Hormozi talks about, like, this is the boring shit that gets people results. So basically what I'm going to share is this is a much newer client that just came into the program. So really is not used to doing much DM stuff at all. And so he came to me with a problem. He's like, yeah, nobody's responding to my message. Like, nobody's responding to my, my initial messages. And I was like, okay, well, let's check out the initial messages and let's see what's wrong. And as soon as he showed me, I was like, well, this is obvious, but it's obvious because I've done it so much, right? It's obvious because I help a lot of people with it. And so what I did, I could have answered, but I was like, okay, let me turn it over to my team member. So you'll see Mika answer. She's actually in my DMs a lot. So she is the team member that is, is in DMs for me. Hence she's boots on the ground. She's a total ninja with this, right? So I love getting her to help teach and then I kind of come in and add a little bit as well. And then other clients in the program add as well what's working for them. And like, this is the stuff that moves you forward. Like, The fact that you don't have to figure all this out yourself. But anyways, let me play this out and just show you, like, even I hope that you take value from this, right? It's like, this is a reason why your openers aren't getting, like, answered. And I'm almost willing to bet too, if you're watching this video, you're probably not even sending openers. Like, you know, you have a problem with this when you don't message every single new follower. Yeah, you're not doing it right. And then when you do and they're not working, well, this is kind of what we're diving into now. So let me play this out. I have, I have also got it at 1.5 speed just to save our time a little bit here.
Do you see now?
Yeah.
Yeah.
We can see now. Yeah.
Yeah.
And I, this is, I may just move my face off here for now. I'll just put like, I'll just take my face off so that, cause my face is already going to pop up here on the screen cause it's a Zoom recording. So, oh dang it. That wasn't what I meant to do. Okay, how do I do this? Maybe I just X this. There we go. I don't know if I can bring myself back now, though. That's the trouble. But anyways, let's rock and roll.
How it's manifesting. And I've done this with like— so this is one message, just like, and nothing, no response. This is another one of the same thing. And yeah, go for it. It's all the same messages.
So he was going to show me more messages and I was like, no, no, no, no. Like, let's, let's pause this. He goes, Hey, name, just wanted to message to say thanks for the follow. I'm grateful for every follow and hope you get some value from my posts. DM me if you ever have questions. I'd love to help in any way I can. Heart. And another emoji there, right? And he's like, man, I don't know what's going wrong. I'm not getting any responses. And I'm like, I looked at this, I was like, yo, this is so obvious, right? But here's, here's how this played out and some recommendations we gave him.
Okay, great. Mika, what do you see? And there's no judgment here, by the way. I've done all this mistake myself before. What do you see?
Yeah, for sure. So you're kind of leaving it a little closed-ended, like you're not asking a question. So there's really no reason for them to respond, if that makes sense.
Um, okay, fair. Um, yeah, yeah, you're right. I mean, the way I phrase it is DM me if you ever have any questions, which I guess it's open-ended. And it's closed-ended in the sense like you don't have to take any action right now, you just take action when you need to take action in the future, if at all. So I can see why that would not be ideal. So then how do I rephrase this? What is a good opening message then?
For sure. I love, I love your energy behind it though. Like, I think it's a great message, but I would probably send like the first part, like, hey, I wanted to message you saying thanks for the follow. So you're acknowledging like you follow me, you're pretty much warming them up. Yeah, I'm so grateful for every follow and I hope you find value. That's awesome as well. And then I would ask a question like, you can ask, what made you follow me right now?
Or like, is there something that I can help you with? Is there a question that you think I could help you with right now? Something along those lines.
Sorry. Even this, like, let's— so this is now like, you probably can't— maybe I should have left my video in here, but like, even this, there's strategic questions that you should be asking. There's questions that are more helpful than others. Like, there's questions that are like, number one, you need to be asking questions. Number two, um, there, there's questions that lead the conversation in the direction you want it to go right off the hop so you don't get friend-zoned, right? Um, there's questions that get better responses than others. And so that's kind of what we're diving into.
I didn't mean to interrupt you, my God, I just thought about it.
Oh no, no, it's okay. So I would ask like a yes or no question. You— the first thing that you want them to do is like you want to make it really easy for them to respond. So the first opener question or the first opener message, the purpose of that is to get them to respond to your message. So I'd ask them a really easy yes or no question like, are you here for the mindset content or the rela— well, I know you're a relationship coach, right?
Yeah.
So I would ask something along the lines of like, are you here for this content or that content? Or what works really well for me and Morgan is, did you find me, or did you, just curious, did you find me from an ad you may have seen? And that's a really easy like yes or no. I actually found you from this. So that's what's worked really well for us. But I would test different openers for your niche just to see what works best for you.
That's fair.
Okay, I'm typing a couple things out too. That, by the way, that's totally great, Nico. Like you nailed it. As soon as I saw this, I was like, okay, good job on like saying, hey name, right? I will say that you wanna make those first messages like, like kind of shorter, a little bit. Like you don't want to put too much in there, but it's really chill. It's like, hey name, thanks for the follow, some sort of opening question. Because the way that you did it there, there was literally no question. There was no— like you said, there was no reason for them to continue. It's so, it's so ridiculous. But then you look at it, you're like, oh fuck, like, yeah, okay, I didn't do that. Um, so I just type up a couple things here that I can send you in the chat, but I'll give you like a couple possible openers. Um, like let's say— so I definitely say, hey name, Okay.
So I'm just gonna pause this cuz it just, we don't need to go too far on this, but you understand this, right? It's like having someone to look at your, you know, messages and be like, oh, this is why it's not working. Right? You didn't do this. It's like, oh, okay. Here are things that we've already tested that we already know work well, et cetera. And so like, that's a perfect example. But my thing that I want you to take away with this is like DMs, like this stuff really matters. Like this is how you book calls. Okay. So So let me see if I can go find like one more little example of just something that we did on this call. Let me pause this so I don't waste your time. Okay. So I've brought my face back in this little circle. This is the one, the face up here in the top corner is obviously me on Zoom. But now I guess there's two of me on this video, which is kind of funny, but like, let's just look at this. So basically we're now we're into his chat flow, right? We're like, you know, it's a total, it's like chess. Like DMs are like chess. Like you should know where you're going. If you don't know where you're going, in DMs, like, you're cracked, you know, like you're out to lunch. Like, what are you doing? Like, you kind of need to know where you're taking things. And I've already done this a lot. So it's kind of like I, I know where to take it. But like for this, he goes, he sent the intro message, right? Which we had feedback on, but we won't dive into that. And then this guy said, exploring some programs. He goes, excellent. Do you have a weight loss goal? Can I ask your first name? So he's a fitness coach, right? But this is the feedback that gave him on the call.
Weight Watchers or something, right? Terrible example, but I'm exploring Weight Watchers. You're like, okay, cool. Do you have a goal in mind? Question mark, right? Oh yeah, I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. Okay, cool. Like, you know what I mean? I just would keep going. But I think you probably had an opportunity there to just like— if he said exploring some programs, like, I mean, maybe he is in the fast lane. I don't know. He's looking for a solution, right? That would be good. One other piece of advice I could give— I like how you did this, by the way. You said, excellent, do you have a weight loss goal? Like, that's the best way to do it, is like you acknowledge what they said And then you ask another question, right? Like one example, like one way I've heard this talk about is just—
So long story short, I don't know if I'm at the right part of this video, but I was basically like, okay, you, you sent this intro message. He said exploring some programs and then basically you, you, you like, you missed total, missed an opportunity there to dive into what he had been trying and the, the, and how long he'd been trying that for and the pain point and like, like really build that gap from where he, where he is, where he wants to go.
Right?
Like that point A. And so here it's like he was like, you know, and the thing with the same thing with DMs is like you always want to ask a question. Like if there's no question mark at the end of your DMs, like what the hell are you doing? Like the point is to move the conversation forward and get enough information about the person to see if you can help them. And if you can, you offer them a call, right? And so here it's just like exploring some programs and he totally missed the question, right? Exploring some programs. Okay, got it. Right? What programs have you been exploring? Or like, okay, that's cool. What programs have you looked at? Or what programs have you tried? Right? And get that information. And then you figure out what he has tried, right? You're like, okay, how long have you been doing that for? Oh, you've been okay. Like, you know what I mean? Like, it's just like you get the data and like that question just got skipped. And so here we were kind of just diving into that. Let me find a couple other things from this chat flow and wrap it up. But like, that's another piece of value for you watching this is like, you know, Don't skip a question like that. Like, that is a perfect place to find out what they've been trying, which is 100% stuff you should be finding out in a sales conversation, right? So let's keep going. Okay. Actually, I want to play this too, because this is another good tip for you to take away. This is a good piece of value as well.
It's just like, you don't want to be an interrogator and just be like, what question, question, question, question? Like, you want to be like, imagine you're at a bar, you know, when you're at a bar and like, the person at the bar is like serving you drinks, but they're making a little bit of small talk. Like there's like some like lubrication in the conversation. So just don't make the mistake of being like a friggin CSI interrogator. You're like, what's your weight loss goal?
What programs are you trying?
What's this? They're like, holy fuck, I gotta leave. Like, this guy's crazy.
I've got a better one. Can I show you a better one?
So just another little piece there is like you can, you can mock this up too. Like you got to ask questions, but like you can't, you can't be crazy with them and be like this, that, the other thing, this, that. Like, like people will like run away. Like you'll turn, you'll shut people down, right? So it's, it's an art. My point is like DM stuff is an art and it's just like sales. And the thing that will book you more sales calls than anything is knowing how to friggin get your— you use the DMs to talk to people in a structured way that gets them to book a call with you. Like, it's crazy, but it really— it's responsible for 80% of my sales. So let me find like one more little piece here and just kind of show you this. Actually, let me, let me skip to the point where he mucks up trying to book the call. Okay, so I'm going to play this out. So this is a completely separate conversation that he was having. But basically what happened with this is this dude was actually— probably could have been a client and he probably— the thing is with DMs, like, you never really lose them. It's just you have to learn how to get them back. But this dude could have booked a call for sure and become a client. But what happened was he pitched the call too early, just a little bit too early, and it mucked everything up at the end. And now he's getting ghosted, right? And so here's kind of the advice, like basically this, this essentially to give you a little bit of an idea on what went on in this call. This guy essentially, you know, he was, he was kind of flowing the chat, right? He was hitting the different points he needed to hit, right? And then he kind of got down here and it said like, you know, has there been a common trigger for sliding back? Because this guy was trying to lose weight and he kept sliding back. And the guy said, old habits die hard, I guess. And then he just went straight to trying to book a call. I was like, Dude, you missed the last step. You missed the last step. And if you just would've taken one more step, you probably would've had enough leverage to effortlessly book a call. So let me just play this out.
Some sort of wording like this, like, do you feel like if you, you know, found some habits that worked for you that you could sustain over the long term, do you think that would prevent you from sliding back and losing all your progress? Question mark. And then he'd be like, yeah, totally. And then you'd be literally right in spot to say like, okay, cool. I mean, like, dude, I'm going to be super honest with you. Like, you're 100% an ideal client. Like, the person that I'm here for is like the person that's tried all this stuff, but they don't have anything sustainable because they're doing all this quick fix shit. So like, I know this might be a little forward, but like, would you be open to learning exactly like how I help my clients fix these habits so they can get results that they want? Question mark. And then he's either going to say yes or no, and then you probably have booked it.
So it's loading for a sec.
And I didn't kneel down and I didn't have any leverage and I went for the call, you know, yeah, too quick. But then it's like, you know, I wasn't digging enough and I didn't kneel down, didn't have leverage.
And thank you.
Well, you did a lot. Like, for the record, you did a lot super good. Like the way you opened it, the intro, the question, how you literally checked the box, check the box, check the box. And then it just was a little too quick at the end. You just needed that like one more piece of leverage to make that offer. Makes sense. But like, you're right there, you know, like I was just with this dude. I would literally just keep nurturing this dude. You know, like maybe, maybe if you've got it, if you've got it, like this is a perfect example. You have some sort of mini training or some sort of something that you do on like changing habits or something like, hey Quentin, I was just thinking of you the other day. I just created this mini training on like, you know, how to do whatever, whatever, how to swap out this habit for da da da. I thought you'd like it, send it, right? And then maybe he answers, maybe he doesn't, but like you're still like just nurturing him with the thing that you know he needs. And eventually, especially if you start posting testimonials and stuff, you're like, you know, Ryan lost 25 pounds and this, like you start posting testimonials and you've had a chat with him, you keep nurturing him.
So good. And I've actually, I did a video there yesterday and it's perfect for him. That's exactly what he needs. So I love the Quentin was thinking, I recorded this video yesterday, was thinking of you. I hope this provides some value or whatever. Great.
Thanks so much.
Love it. Okay. So anyways, that's it. We talked about like, we really reviewed this whole chat flow, the opener, all the questions, and a lot of things went really right, but at the end it went really wrong. And so it's like, okay, this is what you could have done. This is what would've made it better.
And.
Here's how to salvage it. Here's how to provide some more value. Here's how to, you know, loop this back around. Here's how to even, you know, send this person a mini training that helps with this thing. And maybe it's even an email list builder and you're building your email list and it's like there's always ways to tweak things, but that's kind of what we hashed out on, on this particular DM. So hopefully this gives you a couple examples of the kind of stuff that I'm talking about. But I swear to you, like with all my life, that this, this is the thing that you need to do. Like you want to 5x your coaching business, like learn this skill. Honestly, I almost think in some ways I think it's, it's not, I mean, it's not more important than sales. They're both very important, but just like you want to have a 60% close rate, not a 10%, because you'll literally 6x your business. This is the same thing. Like there's very few levers on your business that make a big difference. And like one of them is like how many leads you get into your world, how many calls you book in each week, what's your close percentage on those calls? If you have enough people coming into your world, you're getting enough of them to calls and enough of them are closing, you will make money, right? And so this is, um, this is not the lead capture piece. This is not ads or viral content or getting new followers. This is also not the sales piece, but it is the DMs piece. So I'm going to switch back to my other screen share for a sec. All right. So we're back to the last screen on here, but that is my point with this video. Okay. If you want to 5X your coaching business, This is the thing that you probably need to be focusing on, and it is freaking chats and DM conversations. And this stuff matters. Do not get me wrong. Everything else matters. You gotta capture leads, right? You need to nurture those leads. Like there's, there's pieces of the system, you know, you have to convert them with calls, but I can tell you right now that the thing that almost every coach is missing or certainly not doing well, even if they have the information, is the proper implementation of this. And so if you take nothing from this, Like literally be starting chats with every single person that follows you and learn how to flow them. Learn how to, you know, it's like chess in a sense. Like you need to know where you're going with those chats and start booking calls from this. And if you want help with this, if you want help with dialing in your chat flow or anything else that's in here in this funnel, right? You want help with running ads, right? To get new followers. Maybe you want help creating better content to get new followers, right? Better content for your feed, for your stories, you know, getting your YouTube up and running or starting to, you know, build your email list, running retargeting ads, right? Ads is a big thing inside of what I teach, closing more calls or what we talked about in this video, which is again, one of the biggest levers, freaking starting chats, starting conversations, then click the link below this video and let's find a time to chat. Let's see if I can help you. So click the link below, you know, apply and see if I can help you grow your coaching business. So hopefully this was valuable. Um, hopefully this gave you some light bulb moments, but that's it. That's all I got. Lots of love.
All right. Bye.
