What's your offer look like?

Morgan's coaching program combines self-paced courses, group calls with a community, and one-to-one support. Courses alone don't help you implement. Group programs lack personalized attention. One-to-one coaching can feel isolating. Together, they deliver knowledge and guidance.

So Morgan, how do you actually help people in your program? What specifically do you do? Do you do one-to-one? Do you do group? Do you do courses? What do you do? The answer is we do all three because all three gets people the best results. I personally, at this stage in what we offer, would not want to offer people only a course. Why? Because you are getting the information and no help with the implementation. Right? I think that's problematic. And if you've taken something that was a course, it was DIY, it was very cheap, it was low ticket, you probably— there's a, there's a high probability, uh, that you haven't gotten the results that you wanted, that you learned a lot of stuff, but you didn't implement a lot of stuff. And that is why I don't do course only. Now, similarly, maybe you've been in a program that was only a group program. And there, you know, you, you had a course or whatever you had, but you know, every single week there was a group coaching call. It was a live coaching call. Okay, great. But sometimes the problem with that is if all you get is a group coaching call, you don't get a lot of space to actually ask specific questions, get specific insights, specific advice. If you're trying to jam yourself into 5 minutes that you have on a group call with somebody, That's probably also not going to get you where you want to go. I do believe that people need some degree of one-to-one support, which is why we offer a one-to-one onboarding call. We offer one-to-one access to us in messaging. We offer additional one-to-one calls. I believe people need a degree of that. Now, that being said, I've been myself in one-to-one coaching programs that I paid a shit ton of money for, probably like 10 times more than a lot of people have invested in coaching programs. And I don't think one-to-one only is as effective as if you're in a community and you have a group. Because the thing is, there are certain things that you don't know. There are certain questions that you don't even know to ask. And when you're in a community where you can learn from a bunch of people as well, that's where I think people get the best experience. So I think that there needs to be a one-to-one element. I think that there needs to be a group, you know, call and community element.. And I also think that there needs to be a course element because you, you actually do need the information. It's just, you need the implementation of that information as well. And that, my friends, is how we are able to generate results like these. By the way, if you think a program like that would be helpful for you and you'd like to explore what it actually looks like to work together, just DM me clients and we'll reach out to see if we can help.
