Hi guys. Welcome back to Happy, Healthy and Fit. I'm Natalie Jill. And I'm happy to work out with you today because we are on a six pack mission today. Six pack mission. I'm going to show you my favorite exercises that help you get those defined abs. So for this one, you're going to be using your own body weight, but we're going to use a stability ball. So you can use any kind of stability ball you find. You want to get one size appropriate for you, but everything we do is your own body weight using a stability ball. I'm gonna walk you through how to do each exercise and then I'm gonna talk to you about how to put it all together. Okay, for the first exercise, we're gonna do roll outs with the ball. So what you're gonna do is you're gonna put your hands down on the ball, bend over and you're gonna slowly using those abs and those hands, roll it out here, hold it to your forearms, breathe and then bring it back in. Do a couple more to get the hang of it. Rolling it out, holding it. Breathe and then back in. Keep going at this. Now all these exercises I'm gonna show you today, really work those abs. I get a lot of questions about abs. What to do? What do you do with all that extra fat, the water, the bloat, what's going on in there? What if I have extra skin? How do I handle that? I do have a link below this video that's gonna walk you through all the common questions I get. So make sure you check out that link. Cause I've got all those answers there for you. Try a couple more of these.
Out and back in. Next one, I want you to do the same thing. Taking it all the way out, holding it here. Now watch me close on my forearms. I'm going to bring it in and out slowly.
Breathe through the whole thing. Feel these in your abs.
That's a tough one. The key with all of these exercises and you want to really make sure you're using that core, feeling it there. You shouldn't be using other muscles as much as you're using those abs and that core. Really concentrating on those. I'm gonna take you through two more and we're gonna put it all together. Ready? This one is a tuck. So we're gonna go into a push up position with your feet up on the ball. Holding it here. Now just holding it here in this plank position is step one with a tuck. We're gonna bring it in and then all the way out. And then roll it back using those abs.
Tuck it in.
Bring it out, and then rolling it back.
Okay, the final one I want to show you is a very advanced move. This is a pike move, like this, taking it up.
And then going back out like we did on the last exercise. A few more with you right here. Take it up.
All the way back out. Try one more up.
And then back out.
Good job. Now, if you did those with me, you should have already felt that. Now, here's the key. There's no magic number to these exercises. No magic number. You want to listen to your own body. You want to make it intense for you. You want to make them challenging for you. If you have to have a time or a number, I like to say aim for about a minute for each exercise. Take a mini break in between, and then start it again. I get so many questions about abs and what do you do and how do you know if it's extra skin or bloat or fat? How do I dress it and how do I get that six pack? I've answered all of those questions for you down below. Check out the link there. Because I put my most frequently asked ab questions and I share exactly what to do for all of your questions. Because the key with abs is a whole overall approach. It's the right exercises, it's the right food, and it's knowing a few key things. So make sure you take a look at the link below. I've got everything answered for you right there. See you next time. Bye.
