Hi, I'm Natalie Jill. And I'm so excited because I rarely get to meet my clients, but I've been fortunate enough to get to know Sean because he's out here frequently to trip to California, and he's nice enough to talk a little bit about my program today and what it did for him.
You're too kind, Ellie. She's the good one. Okay.
What I really liked about the jump start and then the coaching with Natalie is it set me on a nutrition plan because a lot of people ask me if I'm dieting, and I learned from Natalie how to eat more of a lifestyle. So the jump start gets you in the right habits or starts to form the habits. And then later, I customized it more with Natalie so that it would be more of a lifestyle, and we tweaked and adjusted different things, but the results are what I'm really happy about. I look better, I feel better, and I get a lot of compliments just from everybody, so everybody notices.
And my quality of life has improved so much. So anyway, I'm the one that is thanking Natalie because she does such a great job. She's so good. And the thing I like about her is she really cares. She vets everything before she does it. She tries it herself. Perfect, personally. And then she perfects it and tweaks it and then brings it to the public. So I like that. I'm not a paid endorser, by the way, totally voluntarily. I do this because. And I make it a point to see Natalie, even though I came up to LA because I'm very appreciative of everything that she has done for me, and that'll be probably be the way for the rest of my life. So.
