Single-leg deadlift (hinge/bent-over row position) with left-leg straight lift, glute squeeze at top, and toe taps; optional arm extension for added difficulty.
Hey, guys. Here with the super sisters. And they think they're showing me a workout today. But I want to know how to get taller because I've never felt so dang short. Geez, I didn't realize you girls are so tall. We're five. I'm five seven. I'm five' six. Yeah, so we're going with butt. And I partially decided that because. Look at their butt. What? So we're doing butt. That's what we're doing right now. All right, so what do you got? What's the first one? All right, so you're gonna come into almost like a bent over row position, single leg deadlift. You're gonna shift your weight in your right leg, bent knee.
Left leg goes back straigh leg lift all the way up. Squeeze the glutes at the top and then tap and toe lift, tap, lift, tap. If you want to get harder, you extend your arms.
Just like that. Total body moving it. Abs. There you go. Hair flip.
So if you want a butt like that, you gotta work out with the super sisters and do the butt workouts. All right, see you there. Bye, guys. Natalie.
