Hi, everyone. Are you ready to be happy, healthy and fit? We are doing the best workout today to tone our legs, toning our legs. And we're using a towel. Everyone has a towel, so grab a towel. If you have carpeting or you don't have a hardwood surface. If you're working out on mats or carpet, you want to use a plate that'll slide. So paper plate, especially on carpet, we would work great. Otherwise, grab a towel. We need a hard surface floor. You want to fold it so it's about this size and place it down. Because we're doing best workout for legs using just a towel and our own body weight. Are you ready? Towel down on the ground. We're going to stand with our feet shoulder width distance apart. One of your feet on the towel, you're going to have a base leg planted. This other leg here. We are going to keep this active. Moving around with towel. Are you ready? Okay. Base leg planted, other active leg on the towel. Hands out in front here. And we're going to take it to a reverse lunge. Watch me sliding it back and back in. Are you ready? Take it back and in. You'll really feel this on that base leg here. Really slow and controlled.
Sliding all the way back and in.
Back. You'll notice with this towel you can really get down low, stretching out that hip flexor, really working that base leg. So you're not using the leg that has the towel under the foot. That's just gliding. You're really working that base leg. Two more here.
Last one.
Great job switching it over. No rest yet. Are you ready? Take it back and up.
Back and up. Now, you could add weights here. However, I don't recommend it because using your own body weight through these is challenging enough.
Low.
Love these exercises.
Doing the plates should be gliding the same way.
One more here.
Nice job. Shake it out. Okay, going over to outer thighs. Placing the towel back under that first original foot. Hands out here on your hip. And we're going to take it to the side. Back in. Side.
So you're feeling that little bit on your thigh on that active leg, but also on that base leg in the glute and the quad a little bit in that hamstring.
Out.
Out. Two more here.
Last one. Good job. No break. Switch it over. Take it out.
Out.
Breathing through it.
Last 2.
Nice job. Shake it out. How are we feeling? Okay, we're going to work those quads. We're going down to a runner's lunge. Placing that towel back over that original foot. We're Going to squat down.
On this base leg here. We're really going to concentrate on working this leg, mostly the quad, so weight is forward. The other active leg, we're going to take the towel out and in. Ready? Take it out and in. Now you want to play with this. So you really feel that in that base leg. Quad. Working it here.
Take it slower, make it faster, and I play with it to make it challenging for you. I'm not going to be able to talk in a minute because it is burning. Few more.
Last two.
Job. Switch legs. Oh, shake it out. Okay, back down. Are you ready? Same thing. Back and in.
Should be shaking a little bit. These are tough. Out and in.
Don't quit. Keep going.
Last few.
Two more.
Oh, nice job. How are you feeling? That's hard. I'm sore. Move it around. We got one more exercise. Just one more. Don't quit yet. We're going to take it down to our backs. We're laying down on our backs. Still need that towel. Bring it down. Place the towel under that original leg. We're going to lift up here. Glute squeeze. Up leg with the towel. We're going to take it out and in. Out and in. You play with this. Putting it under your heel or your toe, wherever you're going to feel it the most under your heel. You're going to feel it more in that hamstring. Really digging. Squeezing those glutes up. Holding it up. Squeeze. You're working those glutes. Hamstring. And on that active leg. Really feeling into that hamstring. Couple more here. Last one. Nice. Switching legs. Same thing. Lift up, squeeze those glutes. Then bring the towel out and in. Dragging with that heel. You can use your toe. You're going to feel it a lot more with that heel. Dragging it back and in. Really feeling it in that hamstring. We're addressing the thigh right here. That area between the butt and the thigh. Right. Everyone knows what that is. I know you know what that is. We're going to address that by developing the hamstring, working those glutes. Going to diminish and change that appearance right there. Few more.
Last two.
