Best Way To Lose Love Handles | Natalie Jill

This is a short YouTube fitness tutorial by Natalie Jill focused on reducing "love handles" using three challenging core and ab combination moves performed with a towel (or paper plates/wax paper on carpet) and body weight. The instructor emphasizes plank-based exercises (tuck-from-plank, pike-from-plank with feet on a towel, and a single-leg windshield-wiper slide) with form cues: keep glutes tight, avoid lower-back arch, engage whole body to burn calories, and use mini-breaks and breathing between sets.

Hi, everyone. Natalie, Jill, are you ready to be happy, healthy and fit? We are working on the best way to get rid of love handles. Getting rid of love handles Today, attack of the love handles. All you need is a towel and your own body weight. So grab your towel and you want to erase them away. I'm just kidding. I wish it was that easy. Grab that towel and we're going to do three challenging core and ab workout moves. Combination moves using a towel. Now, if you don't have a hard surface floor, if you're working on carpet, you can use paper plates that'll work just as well. Or even a piece of wax or parchment paper may do the trick. Paper plates are great. Or ideally a towel on a hardwood surface. So we're going to put them down on the ground and we're going to start by doing a challenging exercise. So stay with me here. We're going to do tucks from plank position. So when we go down to a plank, I want you to keep in mind that we don't want this C in our lower back. We want to keep our glutes tight and we want to try to keep our back as flat as possible because we want this to feel good on our lower back. We're working on our core. We don't want this to create any kind of pain on our lower back. So we're down on the floor in that plank position, up on our hands instead of our forearms. Holding it here, squeezing. And we're going to tuck it in like this. Watch. Tuck, tuck, squeeze and back out. Are you ready? Bring it in.
Out and in. Squeeze. Now, I know we're working our core and our abs here and that's obviously important for getting rid of those love handles. However, we're also working our chest and our arms, involving our whole body here, which is going to help burn more calories, lose overall fat, which is key for getting rid of those love handles. Tacking the love handle. So we're doing a few concentrated movements to really maximize benefits. I've hopefully distracted you with my chatter. Last two.
Last one and out. Good job. Mini break here. Breathe. Because we're going to go back down to plank now. Plus, planks are the best exercise. They're the best exercise. They help us get stronger, we become functionally fit and we're really attacking the fat in that midsection, which is how we're going to get rid of those love handles. So challenging move. You don't need to do thousands of sit ups. Plank based exercises are amazing. They're amazing. They Work. Okay, going back down for the second one. This time we're going to go into a pike position. So we're involving our shoulders using our whole body. Are we ready? So up in that plank position, first feet on the towel. Watch me. First we're going to bring it up and then all the way back out. Ready? Bring it up. Use those abs. Bring it out and up.
Back out. Up. These are challenging.
Come on, keep it up. Last two.
One more.
Ha. How you feeling? They're tough. See, we're not doing lots of sit ups. We're doing some intense moves, plank based. Working that core, attacking those love handles. So take it up to plank. Towel under one foot. Strong. Now bring it out and in. Out and in. Small windshield wiper movement. You should be really feeling this in those abs in that core. The towel. The leg is more of a distraction.
Keep breathing.
Two more.
Nice job. Don't rest. Switch feet onto the other side. Out and in.
Out and in. Keep going. Stay strong in that plank position.
Good job.
Last two.
