Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill. Welcome back to Happy, Healthy and Fit. Today I'm addressing how to lose five pounds in seven days. I know, right? You didn't think it could be done. It can be five pounds, seven days. I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to do. Are you ready?
First thing you have to do is. Ta da. You have to get your mind right. Why am I bringing that up? Because unless you decide you're going to do this and know your why, it's not going to happen. So make a decision that you're going to do it. You're committed, you're going to make it happen. Know why you're going to do it, write it down, Be accountable to yourself. That's the first thing. Get that mind right. The second thing you're going to do is you're going to unprocess your diet. What does that mean? I want you for the next week to think about eating foods that once grew, grew or needed sun. Think of it that way. Did it once grow, did it need sun? Because that is what unprocessed food is. Think about things that are simple, one ingredient foods. Apple, any fruits, proteins, fats, like nuts. Foods that are one ingredient or at max, a few ingredients. But simple foods. Nothing that comes in a package with lots and lots of ingredients. Just plain simple foods. And I'll tell you why. One, you're gonna get full quicker when you're eating these healthy, real natural foods. Your body won't be starving for nutrients. It's gonna get the good foods that you need and you're gonna get rid of a lot of the junk, like artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, food colorings, dyes, all the artificial junk, which is bloating you. And what happens when you get bloated?
You feel like a big beached whale. I know. And a lot of that is water. But it's also your body's reaction to all of those fake chemicals. So next thing you're going to do is you're going to remove those allergens. So there's some common allergens that even if you don't have an official allergy, these foods tend to bloat people. Those are dairy, they are wheat and corn products. Those three things tend to bloat people a lot. So think about removing those for weeks, see how you feel. Take out the dairy, wheat and corn, just for a week. I want you to try it. The next thing you're going to do is hydrate. Hydrate. When you hydrate, the more water you drink, the more you're going to let out. So I know you might be hitting that bathroom a lot, but the more you're hydrating and the more you're drinking water, the less water you're going to hold onto you. And when you're holding all that water, you tend to feel bloated. The other thing is when you're thirsty, dehydrated, which a lot of people are walking around chronically dehydrated, you tend to think that you're hungry and your energy drops. So by filling up on that water and staying hydrated, your energy goes back up, you tend to eat less and you're going to feel better regardless. The next thing is move. Just start moving. You don't need a formal crazy exercise plan. You don't need to beat yourself up. Just start being more active instead of sitting all day. Could you walk when you're talking on the phone? Can you walk while you're doing it? Could you park your car further? Could you take your dog for a longer walk? Just start moving. Inactivity is horrible. Moving is amazing. If you do those things, you're going to be on the right track. So you're going to get your mind right. You're going to decide, know your why. You're going to start to unprocess your diet. Eat real foods that once grew natural ingredients. You're going to get rid of the artificial sweeteners and the junk for a week. You're going to remove those common allergens, you're going to start to hydrate and you're going to move. So in a nutshell, decide, nourish and move. Now, you're going to do this, right? You're decided, you've decided to do this. If you want my help along the way, every step. But because I promise, if you spend these next seven days with me, you're going to hit that goal and lose those five pounds. Then download my seven day jump start right now.
