Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill. Welcome back to Happy, healthy and Fit. I've had a lot of questions about what I do on those rings, those crazy rings, and especially the skin the cat. Because a lot of people think this is challenging to learn, but it's actually one of the easier ones to learn.
So this is what I do. All I'm doing is I'm holding onto those rings and I'm lifting up into a pull up. And you can even have someone spot you to help get you up that way. And then as you get up, you're using your core and your back, everything. You're going to lift your legs up, come up upside down the best you can. It looks harder than it is. Flipping your legs back and then using your core to help lower you down. It's a lot of ab and core versus upper body strength. Lower it down and that's how you do it. And then you can play around with it and you can do it with one leg, another. And if you get super strong, you can do it keeping both legs totally straight. I'm not quite there yet, but that's what it's all about. It's a lot of core, some upper body. That's how you do it. Skin the cat.
