Short YouTube video (Day 9 of a histamine-free series) where two speakers (Natalie Jill and a companion) discuss challenges of eating histamine-free and demonstrate how to cut a mango step-by-step, including cutting either side of the flat pit, scoring the flesh, and presenting mango chunks; ends with tasting comment that the mango is good.
Eating histamine free has been challenging, but cutting this mango will be nice.
Mangoes.
A whole other situation. Demonstrating how to cut the mango.
I've watched 30 seconds of videos, but the first step is you get a cut like a half inch to the side. See, it's oval. It says to cut half inch to the side. But I don't know, maybe I didn't go far enough.
Oh, all right. So there we go.
Now we have first problem.
So.
Longer way. Oh, but I already ruined it.
All those videos left out that important part. They just. They didn't tell you how to orient it.
Yeah, so you cut a piece like that. That's step. The actual step one.
And so here you can see this flat pit goes all the way through. So now I can work around it.
Basically making a big mess of this video of this mango. We're making a mess. What is this?
So you don't have to.
I don't think this is the way it's supposed to go.
