Fat Loss Midlife with Natalie Jill

A conversational YouTube episode where Dr. Anna Cabeca and Natalie Jill discuss fat loss and thriving in midlife. Central themes are the primacy of mindset (belief sets) for sustainable change, practical nutrition and movement advice for midlife (reduce sugar; limit dairy/grains; prioritize real, unprocessed food; preserve muscle), and redefining aging. The video closes with a promoted live masterclass on fat loss as we age and sign-up directions.

One of the things that challenges us as we age is waking. Waking is probably one of the biggest complaints that clients come to me with that they're struggling with. Between waking fatigue, hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal dryness, discomfort with sex, I mean, these are among the common complaints. And it doesn't have to be that way. You'll see through testimonials and clients, I've worked with the transformations that can happen. A key piece to this is always and especially when it comes to fat loss. Midlife is mindset. Mindset is one of the most important.
Items we can focus on, or I wouldn't even say it's a strategy, a strategy that we can focus on to create long lasting change. Oftentimes clients will say, well, I was feeling so great, you know, doing everything that, you know, was working for me, and I just don't stick to it. I have trouble sticking to the plan, sticking to the regimen, or I break my habits. And then before you know it, I've gained five or ten pounds back and I'm struggling again. And it's so, you know, demoralizing in so many ways. So a prior guest to the Girlfriend Doctor show and someone who I've, I continue to collaborate with because I just love her and she is a dear friend of mine is Natalie Jill. Natalie Jill has created a really beautiful empire, programs and, and classes to educate and inspire and work with you, especially in midlife into transformation. Again, we face many challenges in midlife. Being healthy is God's gift to us, right? That is our birthright. It is our birthright to be healthy, to be energetic, to be vibrant, and to be happy. So in today's show, I wanted to bring back Natalie Jill, who is, you know, is an amazing transformational coach. She runs programs about regarding fat loss and she has her thrive program. I know some listeners have been in it and I, you know, I can't just speak high highly enough of her. And if you guys follow my Instagram, Natalie stayed with me for a couple days this spring and we had a fun time recording some hormone videos and some really funny reels on hormones and how we can balance our hormones or empower our hormones or just some of the issues that are struggling that we're struggling with. So without further ado, I want to bring you back Natalie Jill today to my podcast. So welcome, Natalie, welcome back.
I always love chatting with you, Dr. Anna, and I love how you just intro this about mindset and it's funny because I know some people skip off at that part or they go I don't. I already have a positive attitude or I don't want to hear anything about mindset. But what I love to say is that anyone that's successful at anything, at anything, whether it's our health, our bodies, our business, anything, any area that we've been successful at, we had to create a belief set around that first before that could happen. And I know you see this in your practice, too. When you see patients, if somebody comes in and they say, nothing works for me, nothing's going to change. Everything is so hard. It's getting so difficult, you know, as a physician, that you got a long battle ahead of you because they're layering whatever you're about to show them, reveal to them, teach them on top of a faulty mindset. So it is important to come back and revisit this, because I could give all the nutrition tips in the world, all the workout tips in the world, all the hacks, the supplements, the. I call them age optimizing tools, all of those things, but if we don't layer it on a canvas of the right belief set, we're going to have.
A problem, and it's that transformation. So I share with my audience that I brought Natalie Jill into my magic Menopause program to teach a few videos on. On this topic in this area. And one of the big areas is the piece on, you know, like, fixing some broken habits or creating habits that serve us so that they last for the long haul. Now, Natalie, I really want to dig into this because so many people say, okay, well, you know, I lost the weight and now I gained it back, or, you know, I couldn't stick with the program or the plan or whatever the situation may be. So I want to talk about that because we want transformation for life, especially midlife. I like to say, you know, we lead the first half of our life as a caterpillar. We get into the cocoon for the transformation journey, and we come out. It's our choice to come out, the moth or the butterfly. And I want to be that beautiful, colorful butterfly.
Yeah, I mean, it is. We want to become out that. And it's funny because when you look at midlife, in fact, I got riled up yesterday because I was looking at somebody's Instagram post, a colleague of mine and I, she had highlighted this really negative comment from a woman that said something about, you're 60, not me. She was talking about the. The creator. You're in your 60. That's not midlife. That's old age, and you have no business wearing a bikini. And I got, this is not. Was not my social media. This was not. But I felt especially like, oh, my gosh, I've got to chime in. And I'm looking like, who would write that? What is this person thinking? And I, you know, I clicked on this woman' profile and I'm seeing, I see something different, and I start seeing her as a human with her feelings and her own belief set and her stories. And in her mindset, she believes because she doesn't feel confident herself that way that it's not possible and others shouldn't do it. And that is very much a mindset thing. And see, what happens in mindset is we hold a belief set, and then we spend our life trying to get others enrolled in our belief set, whether it's our doctor, our friends, our family, ourselves. We look for evidence about whatever it is that we believe. So when someone hears, you've got to shift your mindset with their thinking is, no, I got to get more people to believe me. Well, I got to get more people to believe me. What I want people to hear is you have the power to change if you first take on the idea that you can believe something different, that you can believe something different. So when you go to Dr. Anna and you want help with hormones, or you go to me and you want help with fat loss, or you go to whoever and you want help with whatever, I want you to ask yourself first, do you even believe it's possible first? And if you don't believe it's possible, you've got some work to do there. Because if you say seeing is believing, I'm going to tell you you have it wrong. It's, I've got to believe first, and then you'll see it.
Oh, I love that. So believing is, is really creating your reality, is following that mindset, and I love that you shared that story. Like, you know, looking into the stories that we tell ourselves, how we're showing up in the world, and made the false beliefs, the, the, the cultural beliefs that we've been in on, indoctrinated with to say, okay, well, now you're old, you can't wear this. You can't wear your hair this way, you know, and, and, or you need to invest tons into plastic surgery in order to show up as your good, you know, your best self. And I know that never really touches the curve. The cure doesn't cure our health or our feelings. And so digging deep is important. And I had a client in my practice recently, and she's a Lovely woman. She's my age, first of all, she's my age. She's 58. And she's been dealing with chronic sinus issues. And she said. I said, well, does that keep you? You know, what is it keeping you from doing in your life? She goes, well, I'm fine in my life. I mean, you know, I'm old now. I'm an old lady now, is what she said. I'm like, you're my age. I had a look. I had to double check the birthday. Yeah, I'm an old lady now. And she said that several times in our conversations. I'm an old lady now. So, you know, expect me, you know, you know, carry this extra weight around or this pooch in my belly.
That's such a good example of.
It is so heartbreaking to me. And I. And I keep thinking about her. I'm like, okay, how am I going to change her? You know, how am I going to help her see another possibility?
So I have the reverse problem. And I was actually thinking about this yesterday, and. And I was thinking, is this a problem or is this a good way of living that I want others to learn about? So you would never hear me say, I'm an old lady now. Like, that just doesn't even come out of my mouth. Didn't even come out of my mind. In fact, I think I have a warped belief about what age 52, which I am, means. So I literally think of myself the way I would have thought of myself at age 30. That's how I think of myself, about what I can say yes to, what I can do, how I can move, how all that. So I do share my age a lot because I want to help women redefine. It can mean what we want it to mean. But you would never hear me describe it as I'm an old lady. I want to believe something different. I have another friend, another colleague of ours, that she's 61, and she said she wakes up every morning and the first thing she says to herself is, it feels so good to be 35. Now. She doesn't want to be 35. She's proud of 61, but she puts it in her mind. That's how she feels. That's how we become what we believe to be true. And I believe this to be as true as the science that talks about placebos and nocebos. If you take a pill that you believe is going to cure or fix something, it likely cure, will cure or fix something. If you take it saying, it's hurting me it likely will hurt you. The same thing. If you take a sugar pill and you believe it's something that's going to fix you, it will likely fix you. That is because it's layered on a belief set. You know, no matter how you choose to eat, whatever you choose to do, whatever you choose to do for your workouts, if you choose to do hormone replacement or not, your belief set around it is going to make a big impact. That energy of what you're putting behind that makes a difference.
And I think too, with that, when we choose to do something that we believe is going to create more health, right? It's either going to create health or sickness. It's going to be good for us or bad for us. It's always like this choice. Like where on that diagram, if we draw a semicircle of, you know, across a flat board, two hours across it, one side we have health and the other side we have sickness. Like, do. What do we believe? You know, what is our. Where is our mindset? Where is the focus of our attention and intention on that? And then that will, that will certainly make a difference in our choices. So why do we stop making the choices that lead us to good health? You know, wait, wait, before we get there, though, because you're talking about you. You're 35 when you wake up, you know, however that is. I'm at 30. My father, who would always say he was 39 years old, I mean, he was 39, I think, when I was born.
And so.
But he, anyone asked him with such, you know, honesty, I'm 39. I'm 39. And. And that was. That was his mindset. That really was his mindset until he got really sick. And then he's like, you know, and I often share this story, and I'll share it again this Father's Day is that when he was 79, he was really getting sick, and he was like, well, I'd like to make 80. I'd like to make 80. But then when he got back, he did make 80, made 91 good years.
Wow.
But he. He shifted. And during that time, again in his 80s, like, I'm 39, I'm 39. And. And I think that's. That's a powerful. That's a powerful. Like, our spirit doesn't age, our energy body doesn't age. So claiming on to what that feels like, that feeling of being at that age, of that peak, at that, you know, that performance level, and just say, this is. This is me at 58. You know, I'm feeling 39.
I love that about your dad. So things do have to change as we get. Get older. Like, obviously, it's more important to preserve muscle. It's more important to watch what we're eating. It's more things. Everything catches up and amplifies. So you take like, for instance, gut health, which is a big something you and I are both passionate about. You could have issues your whole life, but as you age, it sort of compounds, so it comes out more. So same thing with hormones. You can have declining hormones, but as we age, we're going to notice that more. So things start compounding as we age. That is true. But what it has to mean for us, that is truly a decision for us. So this is. I can't stress this enough because so many times women will come into my programs, they'll come into my world and they'll say, I want help with this. And we'll, we'll talk through this. And then we get to the nutrition or we get to the workouts, or we get to the things that they, the action items. And they will all automatically go into a reason of why it's not going to work for them. And it's so interesting to me that that's where people's minds go, because as soon as you go to that data of why something's not going to work for you, I already know it's not going to work for you. I already know it's not going to work for you. And what's interesting is if you look at anything in your life that is working, you did not approach it from that way. You didn't approach the thing from, this is not going to work for me. You didn't start your business going, this is not going to work for me. You didn't marry your spouse saying, this is not going to work for me me. If you did, you probably brought your, your belief to fruition. It's true 100% of the time. So what? You layer those actions on top of matters.
And I, I'm thinking of, of this. And I think that sometimes I have your voice in my head. How does you know? How does that. That optimal version of yourself. What is she going to do first thing in the morning?
Right?
Damn it, I got to get out of bed and do my workout. I can't.
And it doesn't mean anything. Perfect. Believe me, I was the time of this recording right now. Like, I was sick the other day. I woke, I wanted to. I literally felt like I wanted to die. I was so super sick. And that voice in my head was repeating on loop that, I feel sick, I feel sick. And I knew better, but it's like, I feel sick, I feel sick, and I felt sick all day. So, yeah, you're going to have your moments. This is not about perfection, but it's the overall, what do you want for your life? And we face this, especially as we're aging with diagnosis and new labs and new things coming out. What loop are we telling ourself? Are we telling ourself we're going to become a detective and this is good that we found something and we're going to get to the bottom it and we're going to correct it? Or are we saying, oh, my gosh, this is doomsday, it's over. I'm now going to have what my insert relative had. Oh, my gosh, my life's going to now suck. Oh, my gosh, it's because insurance won't pay for this. Oh, my God. Like, what story are we telling ourselves, right? Are we looking at something somebody's sharing with us and going, oh, I never thought of that. I'm going to try to implement that, too? Are we saying, oh, of course they can do that, because blah, blah, blah, blah. I could never do that. Like, what's our attitude that we're going into it with?
I think that's really beautiful, you know, and I think of Oprah as an example, as a really beautiful example. You think, well, Oprah has charisma. She had this year that. She came from really tough beginnings. She came from really tough beginnings. And so my, you know, mindset, shifting what she wanted for her life and how she wanted to serve and give back to others is part of her identity, became part of her identity. Identity. Besides, you know, significant poverty and, and, you know, trauma and. And I mean, just name it. So overcoming obstacles, if someone can do it, you can do it, too.
Every. So my. The example I like to say is if there's any. So doctors love to give us percentages. They'll be like, well, you're diagnosed with this and 90 of people, okay, that's what happens, right? And we go to that 90% or the. The norm or the masses. But what I want to encourage people to do is go, no, I want. That's. I'm that small percentage. I'm that other person. If one person overcame or changed or grew out of the same circumstance that you're in, then. Then you can do it, too. It goes back to the Roger Bannister example. No one had ever run a four Minute mile until he did it. And then he did it. And lots of people did it because he decided that that was going to be his new reality. There's countless stories of people that overcame. So search for that example versus all the examples of why something won't work. Like you're going to find evidence to support whatever it is you want to believe. So why not find evidence to support what you want to believe?
Yes, I know, I love that. And redefining aging, redefining aging, what it looks like for us and having being that person, being that person, being that leader, being the one who completely embodies a thriving, passionate life for as long as, you know, we're gifted to live. And I think I have a good example of. And in the male world, they're really good at that, right? Like women, you know, we have, we guys, we got to come together here, work together and redefine aging together and men with men in the 1990s and early. Sorry, me.
Hold on one second here. I'm going to pause this a second. To Ava and she, we just had, you know, that accident. Hold on one second.
All right, so we're on redefining aging. They're redefining what that looks like for us. And way back when in the male sphere of things, I from the 1990s, there's a Dr. Jeffrey Life and people may recognize him by the, you know, the face of a, at that point, 70 year old man or 60 or 70 year old man on a 30 year old body. I mean cut, lean but gray hair somewhat balding, wrinkled and just like cut like physically buff. I mean just amazing. And he was the advertisement for Senagenics for age management programs for hormone replacement in men, growth hormone and testosterone way back when. I love this man. He's really authentic. But he was redefining aging what was possible for men. I mean there's no question about his age. And now he's into his 80s and his late 80s and he likes to say yep. When I talk to him in private, you know, are actually in interviews, he'll be like, yep, still get those great erections. Still do, you know, still work out every single day. And you know, I, I'm going to watch a movie or binge watch a show, I do it on my exercise bike or something else. I came completely redefining aging. And for women we need those real role models, real role models. We need each of us to embrace and you know, embrace how we want to live out, how we want to have the capacity to live out the rest of our days and the number of years means very little if the quality of our life and the quality of our health and the quality of our brain, the quickness and sharpness of our wit and humor if it's not there. So engaging in these aspects is, first of all, redefining what that looks like for us and losing those cultural norms or the images, rocking on a front porch. I may want to do that once in a while, but maybe that's after a long walk or a, you know, good tumble in the hay, so to speak. And you know how that looks like. So, Natalie, when you're working with clients in your coaching programs and your. You, how do you help them redefine what aging is for them?
Gosh.
Okay.
Well, first I'm gonna. I'm gonna ask people to figure out what it is that they actually want. Not what is, not what has been, not what have they been expecting or told or their genetics or their life history or their. All their past stories. We all have those past stories. I want people to stop and say, what do I want now? Like, what do I want now? And it's very hard for people to wrap their brains around that because they have so much evidence their whole life, all these stories building up to what they think is going to be their next reality. And what I suggest is you say, if anything was possible, if all. If anything was possible, like, don't worry about the how, don't worry about the obstacles, don't worry about the past. If anything was possible, what would you want? And usually there's a change of thought when you ask yourself that question. So if you're driving, listening to this, or you're listening to this right now, I want you to ask yourself that, that just what, if anything, was possible and interrupt yourself from the reasons it's not. What is it that I would want? What would change? What would be different? What could I create? What would I want? That's. That's number. That's the first thing. So you start with that. So you start with that blank canvas. Then the most important question from is, if I was that person, if I was that person, what actions would I have to take right now to become that person? So let me just give you a made up example. Let's say you're not. You're com. You're listening to this and you really lost your way and you're really feeling bad about yourself. You're not liking what midlife is doing for you. You're not fit, you're not in shape, you're you have all these things. You've got things that you're not happy about, and you're like, well, if anything was possible, I would love to be my healthiest me. I'd love to be super fit. I'd love to have my energy back. I'd love to feel good like. You're. You' clear on if anything was possible? The next question would be, okay, if you were that person, because I know you're not. You're saying I'm not right now. You've got all these reasons. You're not. But if you were that person, what actions would that person be taking? Oh, well, that person would be walking every day. That person would be eating foods that nourish them. That person would be making it a point to work out each day. That person would have friends that are active and living well. That friend would be surrounding themselves with people that believe that it's possible. So you start generating this list, right? You start that process, and you start to realize, because the next question is, what's in the gap between that future version of what I want and where I am right now? And you start to notice it, because that first step is just noticing. Just like Anna, if I'm a new patient of yours, actually, I am a new patient of yours. The first step was labs, right? We said we got to know the starting point.
Let's see, the lab first step is extensive history, right?
Extensive history, Right.
History. Right.
But also we gotta know where we're starting from. You gotta see, like, what. What are the labs, right? So the first step in redefining this new version of you is you got to have an inventory of what is it you want? Who do you have to become to become that person? And what's in the gap between where you are right now and becoming that person? You got to have a full inventory of that. So a little different than taking the full family history. You wouldn't do just family history without labs to Anna, because for this reason, if you did full family history and didn't do labs, it would be a very different conversation than if you do labs and if you get clear on what the patient wants, too, right?
And that, okay, this looks like what you're destined to have. Right?
And I remember. What do you want?
Yeah, I remember having a client many years ago, and I was early in my practice, and she was in her maybe 42. She was 40. Like early 40s. She was early 40s. And she came to me, she goes, you know, Dr. Ann, I'm having some heavier Bleeding. And everyone in my family has a hysterectomy. It's just my genetic. So I need a hysterectomy. And I was like, what? Hysterectomies is not family genetics.
That's right.
And so. But that was her mindset. It's like every. Every woman in my family gets hysterectomies in their 40s. It's my time.
So it's not just history. It's history. It's what's right now. And what do you want? You also ask your patients, what do you want? And it's the same thing with our bodies, with our health, all of that. What do we want? And we got to look at all of it, and you got to get clear on those different places, because otherwise you just end up doing the other. The next thing, the next thing to follow, the next. The next trend, the next gadget, the next next supplement, the next whatever. But if we don't work on this part first and we don't go a lot deeper here, then you're wasting time on the other things.
Yeah, absolutely. And so setting your vision, setting your intention, and realize, you know, and l. Shifting the limits and bound, you know, the limits that we've put on ourselves as self. You know, the negative self talk. And I think it's really important, especially important as women and leading those around us, or influencing, let's just say influencing, surround us by example. And how do we want our children to live? How do we want them to thrive? How do we want those we love most, Our sisters, our. Our. Our family, our friends, our mentors. How do we want them to live their life, too? Let me start living life that way. And sometimes I find it is a motivator to focus on those things. Oftentimes for women, it can be a challenge to focus on ourselves. But I love when we say, okay, really, what is. What is putting your own oxygen mask on look like what. You know, what if you're healthier and you're thriving, how will those influence those around you? So it's often not by getting them well, it's by getting you well first. And that can be a very strong. I mean, that's a very strong motivator. And we. Look, I'm doing this for me because it's going to help you if we need.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And Natalie, you give, you know, nutrition in midlife, you know, fitness in midlife. I mean, this is your platform. This is your model. And you're not without. You haven't been without challenges through your Own injuries. And I'd like you to talk about how you shifted things midlife, you know, because of these injuries and now midlife.
Yeah, no, great question. So number one, as we age, things do compact compound. So your likelihood of something coming up does change. But it's not those things that we're trying to stop or prevent. It's how do we have a different reality based on whatever is going to happen. Because we can't change circumstances. Circumstances happen, friends. For instance, you've got degeneration and a disc. You've got degeneration and a disc. But what that has to mean to you can change based on what you want your reality to be, what you want it to be. So what is true is we do need to button things up because you do have more muscle loss as you age. You do have the opportunity for bone loss. You do have the thing, things that compound labs change, things like that. So you decide first what it is that you actually want to create. And then we do tighten things up. So what gets more and more important is yes, what we ate in our 20s, what we ate in our teens, what we ate in our 30s might need to be changed. What we're eating now. What I really encourage people are to watch the big, the big three. And I know you do this too, Dr. Anna. Number one, sugar. Let's really watch that. There's nothing good that comes from sugar. So really paying attention to, to that. These are just some basic things that we should all be doing. Number two is we remove things that are known allergens. So I'm not a fan of being heavy on dairy or grains, just not a fan of it. In no world for us, in midlife, are those going to be ideal for us. I didn't say they have to be bad or completely off limit, but they're not ideal for us. We take this out and then looking at are we really nourishing with unprocessed natural real food that actually heal us, help us, make us stronger, make us healthy, help us focus, are we working against ourselves? I kind of cringe. I get on an airplane and I'll see some middle aged women or men eating like still eating Doritos or like what are they doing? What are they? That's what they brought on for their lunch or their, for their snack. Like instead of eating real food. So doing our best to be nourishing with real food, instead we do, what we do is complain about how everything's changing in midlife as we're not even nourishing our bodies. With healthy, unprocessed, real natural food. So being as simple as that, getting rid of sugar, watching grains and dairy, I don't think they have a place, ideally with anyone watching portions, making sure we're eating processed, unprocessed. I'm sorry, unprocessed natural foods. And asking ourselves, is this food nourishing us, helping us, healing us, helping us thrive, or is this something that's going to hurt us and take away from us? Right.
I love that. Again, the dial. Is it good for me or bad for me? Is it healthier? Who's going to create health or sickness? And just, again, being like you said, just taking that pause, becoming aware of. Of what that looks like and exactly. So many ways. You know, recently in my magic menopause program, I brought in Dr. David Perlmutter as a surprise guest, and we were talking about uric acid. And the number one thing that increases uric acid is. Is high fructose corn syrup is fructose in general. And. And so this was really eye opening to a lot of ladies who were thinking, okay, well, juice is good for me. Or it's supposed to be good. It's a healthy. These, these fruit smoothies are supposed to be good for me. They're healthy. And when you consider it, you know, could be creating inflammation in our system and increasing uric acid, then it becomes the challenges. So just becoming aware. Becoming aware. So I was thinking about your story about seeing other. What they're eating on the plane. But it's the Coca Colas that kill me.
Yeah. That kill.
Well, even diet sodas.
Yeah. Yeah. Pure junk.
Pure junk.
Yeah. It's not helping. It's not helping you at all. Yeah, it's definitely not helping us. And it's hurting our gut health, too. So it's creating other issues there.
Right. And I can't get hormones healthy if we don't have a healthy gut.
No, it goes back to that canvas. In order to create something amazing, you've got this canvas, and the canvas starts with your belief set. Like, what is it you want? And do you believe it's possible? You know, that's one of the things that whenever someone tells me why something's not going to work for them, I. I'm going to ask them, do you believe it's possible for yourself first? Because if they don't, we've got to work there first. But that canvas starts with belief, believing something's possible. The next part of that canvas is, what are we feeding it? So are we eating it? Are we eating nourishing foods that heal and help us. Are we taking things that are tearing that down and destroying it and not making it amazing? And then the third part of that is going to be your movement. So are you actually staying in motion? A body in motion stays in motion, or are we complaining about why something's not going to work for us while we're sitting on the couch and not getting in our steps while we're not moving and while we're not eating amazing foods? So there's only so much that a doctor or a pill or a plan or anything can help you with. If you haven't got this canvas right first.
Right. You have to be open, curious, and, again, coachable. There's so many aspects of coachability, like to be able to accept that maybe my. The beliefs that have been holding no longer hold true. No longer serve me. They may have served me at one point or another, but they no longer serve me now. That's right. And I think it's really that that, for me, is a really important perspective to take. Now, Natalie, I want to tell our audience that we are doing a master class together. We had done one last year, and we're doing another one together. And it's your fat loss master class.
So fat loss as we age, specifically. So we're gonna go a lot deeper on this. What's. What's going to be cool about doing this with Dr. Anna is we're both going to be on. So not only are we going to go a lot deeper on these tools and teach you, like, how to make this part of your life. So if you're like, okay, I hear you, but how, like, how do I actually get this into action? How do I actually change this canvas? How do I actually start redefining aging? Then this class is definitely for you. But not only am I going to teach you the tools and the steps and give you the powerful ways to make this become your reality, you're going to walk away from the session, like, empowered, knowing what to do. But Dr. Anna and I are going to stay on and answer all of your personal questions. So if you've got your own questions about nutrition or workouts or, you know, why you're having a hard time with a shift on the mindset or whatever it is, then you definitely want to be on because we can go a lot deeper with you there.
