Flat Tummy: Is it Fat, Bloat or Loose Skin?

Natalie Jill explains that a protruding midsection typically stems from one of three causes: excess body fat, temporary bloating, or loose/excess skin. For excess fat she recommends overall fat loss through a natural, balanced diet and workouts that burn calories and build muscle; for bloating she suggests increased water intake, removing artificial sweeteners and potential allergens (grains, dairy); for excess skin she notes it cannot be removed non-surgically but its appearance can be improved by losing fat and building muscle. The video ends with a paid call-to-action for her “Aging in Reverse” community (trial $10).
