Hey, guys. Natalie, Jill here. Welcome back to Happy, Healthy and Fit. I'm here with my friend, the one and only. I think there's just one of you.
It's one of me.
Donovan Green.
What's up? What's up?
Check it out. He's Dr. Oz's personal trainer. What? That's quite the credential.
I know, right?
It's pretty cool.
Poor Dr. Oz.
Poor Dr. Oz. So listen, this guy is known for chair workouts, and I told him he stole my idea.
I know I'm a thief because I've.
Got a chair workout. We have a lot of similarities, actually. I've got a chair workout dvd. He's got a whole chair working system, an entire program. And our slogans are kind of similar.
Yeah, like, you have what I have.
Excuses or solutions. You decide. And what's yours?
Mine, like, no excuses. You know, you have results of excuses. Make your choice.
In fact, you told me earlier, the only excuse is if you're dead.
The only excuse that I accept is if you're dead. I can't help you after that one.
That's kind of rough. That's kind of rough. So anyways, we wanted to do a little chair workout showdown. I said that I could kick his butt on the chair, and he thinks he can kick mine.
So you see these eyebrows? They're going up.
So who's going?
I'm taking a. I believe in ladies first.
No, I think you should go first.
No, no, no.
I'm kind of scared.
Listen, they say Shivery is dead. I'm bringing it back to life. Ladies first.
Okay, so I have an idea then. If I'm gonna go first, you gotta give me the body part, and I'll tell you. I'll give you an exercise. How's that work?
I'll give you a body part. Legs.
Okay. You want legs?
Legs.
Okay, here we go. All right, watch you get. You're gonna look like a girl doing.
It a little bit.
I don't mind.
I don't mind.
This one's killer.
All right, here we go.
We're gonna. Right here.
Okay.
And we're just going to do this little in and out movement. That's it. And this one is crazy because not only does it get that glute, but it's going to get your quad. It gets everything. And you just keep going.
No, keep on going. That's nice.
You just keep on going. But you got to even it out so you're not lopsided here.
All right, that looks. That looks good, though.
Yeah.
How many Seconds. Am I doing this?
I love that question. Because you do as many as you can do until you can't do anymore. Honestly, because I hate that hole. You can only do this many or for this amount of time. The way that you get results is by progressing and challenging yourself. So what might take 60 seconds for you might take 15 seconds for somebody else, but you do what's challenging. But if you need a time frame, I'll say pick one. And then 30 seconds and then double it.
All right, let me get it. All right, Let me give it a shot.
You got it.
All right. Get my form checked.
All right, you're in. Look at those triceps.
Position is one, right?
Yep.
I'm keeping this knees better.
I gotta get a little lower. Yep, in and out.
All right, so I'm kicking in.
Yep. So that base leg here is where you're feeling it.
Ooh, baby.
That's awesome, right?
Oh, man. We get some pumping music for this one.
Boom. Boom.
Come on, baby, let's go.
I don't know what that. I guess some people call this an active runner's Linus.
Feel that burn. Feel it. Feel the burn. Good sitting, Anita. Wow.
Switch legs. Switch legs. Do you not lopsided.
Get into it. Boom.
Awesome.
Boom. So I'm pressing through the heels, right?
And what's cool is you can use a chair for this. You don't have to. You can get lower on the floor.
You can do that with this, too?
Yep.
Anything.
Your whole body.
Hold it back on. So I got about five more seconds to even it up. Yep. Three, two, and one. Oh, mama.
Okay, so give me one now, and then I'll go again.
All right, name your body part.
Triceps. Because those triceps are banging.
I like it. Here we go. So, triceps. So you know we got dips, right? So we're gonna add a little bit of triceps. All right, little abs now come to the edge. Dip, lift, kick. Whoa.
Kick, Alternating kick.
Alternate kick. Got it.
I like it.
30 seconds.
All right, we got it. Ready?
Here we go. Okay.
Get higher.
Make them pop.
You made that look pretty, girl feet, though. That's okay. That's all right. As long as you're moving, right?
I'm moving.
That's what matters. You have about five more seconds.
Would I like to get your heart rate up on this one?
Oh, yeah, a lot. Four, three, two, and one.
Yes.
Power.
Power. Okay.
Chest.
Ooh, chest. Okay, this one's a good one because. And I'm gonna have to add abs into this chest. 1.
Add it. Let's go.
All right, so this time we've got wide grip, push up here it's down. We're gonna do a little twist here.
Woo, baby. I like it.
Like it?
I like it. Good form too.
There you go.
Eyes Jealous. Eyes are jealous. Just do it for me.
Do it for me. No, you gotta do it. And if this is too tight, you can put your hands flat. But.
All right, here we go.
Gripping it out, I get my position together. Yep.
Do my push up.
Ab twist.
Bam.
Love it. Knee to elbow.
Keeping the stomach tight the whole time. Uh huh.
Working that core.
Elbows locked to the body.
Boom. I get stylish and come out.
Show off. Now you're just showing off.
Oh, baby, bring it back in. I like it.
Love it.
One more. Form was good.
Your form was good. All right, all right.
Good glutes. All right, here we go. Simple stuff, easy stuff. Call these hover squats. Hover squats come straight out and just press through the heels.
Oh, that's good.
That's it. Okay.
And I'm just holding it.
That's it. Okay, 30 seconds. A big one. Time.
So just here.
That's it. Right, so no butt touching the chin.
No butt touching.
And you want to press all the weight through those heels.
Fire through it kind of looks like we're like going to the bathroom or something.
Yeah, pretty much.
I'm not sure.
Especially if that toilet is dirty. You don't want to get in that toilet.
Like.
No, I'm not gonna touch it.
This is the squat. See, girls are good at this. Girls are good at this squat. You cannot sit on top of the squat.
Exactly. Ladies, pay attention. Five seconds. Four, Three, Two and one.
Woo. Love it.
Nice work.
All right, you're up. What body part?
All right, here we go.
Abs.
Abs. All right. Okay, we're gonna sit here. We gotta do a little upper body and abs.
Okay.
Walking all the way out here, crawling it back in.
Upper body, hamstrings and abs here. A lot of core.
Ow.
Really squeezing as we come in.
My grandmother heard me say it. Ow.
Okay, so it's kind of abs. A little everything.
It is a lot. It's a lot of muscles being worked up.
Yep.
So I'm big on working multiple muscle groups. I like that. So I'm just pushing out.
Yep, all the way out. And then curl it in like a little crunch, squeeze.
I'm show off a little bit. I'm show off. Lift up, Lift, kick.
Lift. Ah.
Baby.
Now interested. A lot of men would say, can't do that. That's just for girls, man.
Yep.
Do I look like a girl, man? Body part. One more.
Biceps.
Oh, baby. Here you go. You ready for biceps? I'm ready. So this is where you control your body weight, right? So you're working upper and lower. You grasp the bottom of your chair. Okay. And I want you to do this 1.
How creative. I like that.
2. Right, so you're gonna work in balance and core and shoulders. Cause you're gonna hold the chair out. And this chair is pretty light too, so. Idea is not to smack yourself in the face while you're doing it.
That's hard. Now, if you have a heavier chair, you get bonus points, I guess.
Yes, you do. That's it. Extend out. Yep. Keep the back nice and straight. Look at that.
It's kind of like shoulder, too.
That's it. Yeah. Now why did I wear a long sleeve shirt on a hot day like this?
Yo, why are you doing that?
Look at this sweating, man.
There's no tracks of sweating marks.
This is my sauna right now.
This is our shoulder.
Come across the body. Yeah. There you go. Feel it. Activate. Yeah, A lot of muscles. One more. Good. And relax.
I'm glad I put this chair out instead of some like, heavy reclining chair. That would have been really hard. All right, one more. What's yours? Body part.
Your choice.
No, you gotta name one.
It's the finale. It's your choice. Whatever you want to give it to you. Whatever you want.
All right, I'll give you inner thighs.
All right, let's go.
All right, this one we're just right here. And we're going to take it all the way low here, little pulses. And if you really want to take it ever and show up, we'll front step, front back.
All right, since you say so. You're the boss.
Inner thigh.
Okay. Toes out. Yep.
Plie down, please.
Straight down.
Very feminine looking. Good job.
Oh, my. So I'm gonna pulse first through the heels.
Yep.
And if I want to bring it in, you can walk it in.
Walk it in and back out.
And bring it back out.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah. Back straight, right?
Those are some nice inner thighs, you guys.
I am. My inner thighs feel pretty good.
Looking good.
This feels sexy. Here we go. We got about five more seconds. Are you counting me down? I'm about to.
Get on your back and make it a little higher.
Go ahead. Go ahead. Let me see if we can have it. Go ahead.
Here we go.
Ready? You can have it. Go.
All right, Core tight.
All I could do is pulse nothing.
Help Me.
Oh, good. Look, he's sweating. I'm not saying he's sweating.
Hey, I have one to tell you.
I think I worked you harder.
You see this? Here you go. Your last part. You ready for this one?
Oh, yeah, I'm ready.
Ready for this? Here we go. I'm gonna show off just a little bit. All right, so we're gonna go into upper body.
Okay.
Remember how you gave me that push up? Yep. Did this. We're gonna do a decline. So feet on top of the chair. Give me a push up. Bring it in.
All right. Got it.
Got it.
I'm in.
Let's go.
Ready?
Yep. Rock and roll, Natalie. Pow. Now, who said that ladies can't do push ups? Who made up that lie? Somebody said a lie. There you go. Nice form. Love this. You looking good. One more.
Ooh, I love it.
You saw. You saw the pose. She held it like, what's that?
That was awesome, you guys. I'll try this, too. Domin, where can they find you if they want more?
Well, you can find me on cheerworkouts.com or go to Facebook and find me on cheer workouts.
Cheerworkouts.
I love it. And I have the app. Cheerworkouts app.
Nice. And I'll put all that information down below. And then I've got a dvd, too, that I gave him, because he's going to work out to my DVD now.
It's like, in the bag. Keep on talking. I'm stepping off. I'm stepping off.
Oh, yeah.
Pow, baby.
He got his chairworkout.com app, the chair workouts.
That's teamwork.
Chair workouts.
Y' all feel so good right now. That's awesome. You see that sweat?
Yeah, I do.

Yeah.
No excuse fitness, right?
No excuse me. If you're dead, that's the only thing we cannot help.
That is tweetable. No excuses unless you're dead.
He's serious.
I'm serious.
And he grew up in the Bronx. He's really serious.
I'm so serious right now. So basically, injured senior citizen, just had a baby. Lost my job, can't afford a personal trainer. No excuse.
He's been there, all of that. Except for had a baby. Except for his wife had a baby, but he did not have a baby. All right, thank you, guys. Bye.
Look at this.
Awesome.
I like this stuff.
