Get Leaner Legs Workout | Natalie Jill

Natalie Jill leads two leg exercises: low squats with pulses and alternating steps for inner thighs, then floor work from your forearms with hamstring curls and crossovers. Quick burn in your quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Are you ready to get some leaner legs? Today's workout is all about those lean legs.
I'm Natalie and Jill, and we've got two exercises that I'm going to show you. The first one's going to be standing. The next one is down on the ground. It's a combo move, but these you will really feel. And we're working to shape and get those lean legs. Are you ready? The first one's going to really target those inner thighs. So you're going to stand with your feet shoulder width, distance apart, toes pointed slightly out. Your hands can be on your hips or down to the side. And we're just taking it down just like this. Little ups and downs right here. Warming it up. You'll feel it in those inner thighs. Get low, get low, get low. Keep it at that same pace until you start to really feel it. And then once you feel it, right about now, hold it right here. Just hold it. We've got 10 seconds of a hold breathing while you're doing it. Hold.
Get low. Keep it going. Good job. Now, don't come up yet. We're going to a little pulse just like this, little pulses. They should be burning right about now. And I'm going to have you take it to a front, front, back, back. Watch what I'm doing here. Front, front, back, back. You ready? Front, front, back, back. Good job.
Should be feeling these mostly in your inner thighs. You also feel it in your quads, your whole leg, but inner thighs are where you're really targeting. Front, front, back, back. One more each way. Good. Now hold it low right here. Just hold it and then come all the way up. Shake it out. Good job. We're going to take it down to that ground for that second, that combo exercise. So we're taking it down here. You're going to come down to your forearms as if you were going to do a donkey kick. But we're going to keep one of those legs straight. The other base leg stays on your knee, and it's lifting up. Watch me. First, we're just going to go up like that, and then we're going to hold it in that up position. Do a hamstring curl back down, and then a crossover. So it's three little moves in this combination. Watch me again. First, up, up, hold, hamstring curl, and then a crossover. Are you ready? Do it with me. Up, hold, hamstring curl, down and over. Good job. Up, up, hold, hamstring curl straight. You got to think about it, which is distracting you from what it feels like up, up, curl, straight down and over. Nice curl straight down and over. Give me one more of those. Up, up, curl straight down and over. Whoa. Should really feel that in those legs, that leg. See, it doesn't take many of them and you start to really feel it. We're going to move over to the other leg. Same thing. Put it out straight up, up, curl it down and touch over again.
Down and over.
Up, up. Really working that hamstring. Make it tight. Down and over. Good. Up, up, curl, down and over. Two more here.
Last one. Last set.
Good job. See, it doesn't take many and you start to really feel that you can repeat the whole sequence through or you could take it to one of my other workouts. If you want more quick body weight workouts like this, make sure you subscribe to my channel.
