Neel Kamdar built an IT incubation center a month early despite a massive dumping yard, 7-meter excavation, and monsoon rains that threatened to sink machinery. The team cut costs 7% by using on-site moorum, planned work around dry spells, and restored a natural aquifer as a well.

We are here to present to you the incubation center of an IT company, but more importantly, we are here to deliver the message: nothing is impossible, it's all about the right attitude. Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence, as rightly quoted by Helen Keller. Hi, Neel Kamdar, Planning Manager for this project, would like to take you through this beautiful journey which we have experienced in achieving this milestone ahead of timelines. Timelines of the project were very critical considering the SEZ requirement. Huge penalties would have been levied on client for non-compliance of these stringent timelines to start the operations. This is a fully functional system with all aspects equally stringent and qualifying occupational standards of an MNC IT facility. Pertaining to the fact of TCE having versatile experience in IT projects, our team was bestowed with the responsibility of fulfilling all client expectations. Right from the tendering, planning, construction, safety, quality, cost, and contracts up to handing over of the project. Let me take you to the ground zero location where it all began. Kehate hain na, kichad me hi kamalupta hai. Can you see the enormous dumping yard in front of you? Could you imagine working in this huge pile of garbage? I'm sure you could. Cleaning it just to reach the founding level 7 meters below was a great and tedious task to achieve. Adding to the challenge was the black cotton soil and the extended heavy monsoons. The machinery kept sinking in the garbage and black cotton soil. However, we had to make Today's solid ground out of yesterday's quicksand. Available mooram inside the premises was used to reduce the cost by whopping 7%. Resource planning was done to work extensively in dry spell and continuing to work in heavy rains with all safety precautions led to the completion of the project one month ahead of the schedule. In this process encountered was a natural aquifer which was restored in the form of a well as a part of sustainable development. Some of the proactive measures adding value to the project include educating and implementing systems in safety, quality, and planning, coordinating directly with the suppliers to make sure material is delivered on time, making sure the consultants get stationed on site for critical decision-making. The only thing that matters at the end of the day is your customer being satisfied with the output delivered, enhancing the trust for Tata Consulting engineers. We could do it. Client was well satisfied from the quality and effectiveness of response and timely submission of offer from commercial team. Appreciation was also received from the client for incubation block being handed over before time to the client. Appreciation received from LRQA auditor and TCE head of deliveries for proper documentation and quick retrieval of documents. You can thus concur with us that the project is in sync with the value triage. It was important to balance all the aspects which were best presented by our team. It is very critical to have right attitude and follow the systems and processes, standard operating procedures. Embedding Tata values into our character would definitely lead to success. From the passion that we carry in our veins, we have made it the way of working, giving it the wow effect. And we strongly believe this wow makes TCE more awesome. Signing off for today. Thank you, everyone.
